    Liu sha bao adalah salah satu dimsum kesukaan saya ,karena rasanya enak dan lembut !!
    Resep untuk 12 bakpao liu sha bao
    Isian telur asin (6-12 simpan di freezer)
    Bahan: isian 12 * 18 g
    5 kuning telur asin halus
    85 g susu evaporasi
    85 g gula halus
    30 g air
    5 g gelatin bubuk
    110 g mentega tawar
    23 g tepung custard
    22 g maizena
    1 g (1/2 sdt ) vanilla bubuk
    Adonan kulit (super lembut dan halus )
    150 g air
    25 g putih telur
    3 g (1 sdt ) Ragi
    45 g gula halus
    1 g (1/2 sdt ) baking powder
    3 g (1/2 sdt ) garam
    25 g tepung tang mien /wheat starch
    250 g tepung protein sedang (tepung pao cakra kembar mas )
    35 g mentega putih /shortening
    Bahan lain
    12 cup aluminium /cetakan pie

    Recipe for 12 liu sha bao buns
    Salted egg filling (6-12 store in freezer)
    Ingredients: 12*18g filling
    5 finely salted egg yolks
    85 g evaporated milk
    85 g powdered sugar
    30 g water
    5 g gelatin powder
    110 g unsalted butter
    23 g custard flour
    22 g cornstarch
    1 g (1/2 tsp ) vanilla powder
    Skin dough (super soft and smooth )
    150 g water
    25 g egg white
    3 g (1 tsp ) yeast
    45 g powdered sugar
    1 g (1/2 tsp ) baking powder
    3 g (1/2 tsp ) salt
    25 g tang mien flour /wheat starch
    250 g medium protein flour (pao cakra kembar mas flour)
    35 g white butter/shortening
    Other ingredients
    12 aluminum cups/pie molds
