I think I beat the speed run, basically you just use the raft to build to the bridge and then 4813 is the code after the elevator, about 5 min after you get out of the basement by passing the code puzzle and the zipline stuff.
This speedrun certainly is beatable! However, since this is just an specific island run, certain rules are in place. If it was a regular run you could build up to the glass bubble, clip through it, and use 3rd person mode to skip needing tape. I definitely could update this run with the tape skip trick...
This is from individual level speedruns, where rules force you to start with almost nothing. This is outdated either way, because an out of bounds trick allows you to skip the bottom half, and a 3rd person glitch lets you skip gathering tape. This run is actually in last place on the IL leaderboards 😂

Why you went to the tunnel,when you can just bridge up to the Black tower directly like your other runs.

Nah. You can glitch through the top bubble and skip the underground area completely though.
