Yey everything looks so nice and the animated lcars display graphics when i was little kid i used to think the star trek tmp and final frontier red alart sounds were farts lol or maybe ducks quacking, lmao I used to have the same sound on a old casio music keyboard
@@robbetz I even made a animated red alert called quack alart with ducks crossing the screen i still have lol also been wanting that rotating enterprise A animation from undiscovered country so much. i found shitty ones that look like crap. sid you make all those animations as well?
@@softdreams1776 Quack Alert LOLOLOL that's awesome. Yes I made all of the graphics for the bridges I've built. I had a lot of reference material but I made them all using Photoshop mostly; a few shapes were just easier to make in Blender and render as a PNG then bring into photoshop but the graphics were all made by me.
@@robbetz Oh that is awesome! I probably should try to make a animation lcars display. and you got the rotation perfect on that were frame enterprise modal. I found one someone made but the enterprise only spins in one direction from the side and it was going way to fast lol i was like shit i can't use that... i never really could see all the detail on display graphics in the movies entirely unless it was in 4k but they never get close enough to read what all the displays say most the time. someone made rath of kawn rotating wire frame enterprise but they made it green instead of blue and that also spins to fast lol me and my friends we been recreating a bridge in a big garage to shoot are own fan film and i need proper graphics
@@robbetz Use a mix color node to switch between the two image textures (one image for red alert and one image for regular alert). The driver is attach to the factor on the mix color node to control which image is displayed. The simplest driver works, such as an empty that you move 1 unit in X. Repeat driver setup for all the shaders and then simply moving the empty changes all the textures at once!
“Key please, Doctor. Time is short”
RED ALERT! Rob Betz does it again! Great work!
Take care, and all the best.
This is great, I wouldn't mind the klaxon all though the video.
Well, the version in STV was less annoying, where it was just two tones every few seconds. Great video! Looks fantastic.
Exceptional Work as usual Rob.

Great now I'm going to think of ducks everytime I hear the klaxons.... lololol

@@softdreams1776 I want to see that when it’s made. My dream is to build a recreation of the TWOK bridge in real life.
Red alert 🚨 excellent!
So beautiful!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
So cool.
Excellent !😃
I wish they kept the klaxon in the Directors Cut.🚀
This!
Maybe have the claxon come up occasionally, or like in certain scenes such as in 0:52. But very nice video overall!
The Wrath of Khan Red Alert is a little less annoying if done for a limited amount of time. I think the Star Trek VI alarm is more of a regular alarm.
Nice! I use a driver to change between normal and red alert. Can change all the lights and screens with one switch that way.
@@HalcyonUniverse Is it possible to learn this power?
