I think this was the most useless Plot Twist in Jujutsu Kaisen, because Yuta couldn't do anything! He couldn't even fight properly, he "died" in just two chapters.
I think when Geto asked at that point Gojo truly didn’t know. Because of the tough decisions expected of him that he didn’t have the will to carry out (stopping Geto) Fighting Sukuna was the stage to bring out the full prowess of his abilities.

not really, yuta only had 1 month training with gojo's body so he can't fully utilize his powers. He could still do purple and UV with similar refinement so its safe to assume that if yuta had limitless from the start he could easily become stronger than gojo.

As much hate as this final arc has gotten, I love seeing Yuta and Gojo's story come full circle. It makes perfect sense that the sorcerer meant to surpass Gojo would obtain Gojo and Kenjaku's abilities.

Yuta is honestly the better user of curse speech even if he copied it. Inumaki got his throat dying using it in an injured sukuna, while yuta did it without breaking a sweat 😂
