It never flooded in Tugan mate cos there is no river and creek nearby.
I’m praying for the Palm Beach house. So much privacy and safe from raising tides due to climate change. I also like climbing steps for exercise. ❤️
If there is erosion during monsoon and storm season, then prepare for landslides.....hehe
Why are there no curtains or blinds in the Tugun home?
The interior designers does not want to block the beautiful sea view and sun rise view.
I reckon the blinds are hidden for the purpose of photography and video shoot.
Both fantastic homes, even when you consider both are massively overpriced, the Tugun house is battle axed behind a highrise no privacy front and back and the Sydney house is stuck on a cliff face, stairs to all levels and no beachview. But hey who am I to complain, I will take one.
Palm Beach sold for 4.7mil in Dec 2020. They've off-set the difference in price by adding the $530K in gold as well as all the other extras. You could always add a lift.
Looked yesterday and the property already has plans approved to add a lift. The works go way beyond just the lift, but if that was all you wanted, the plans already exist.
Always beautiful 😍 some feedback on the position of the tv’s yes it looks great however this bas been a design flaw copied over and over again. The height is wrong and not functional. Hopefully you take this as constructive criticism. Overall amazing job

The Tugun property is right next to the Gold Coast airport and the Palm Beach place has four flights of stairs (which would keep you fit whether you wanted it or not), but, really, either one of these places would be heavenly.

Imagine paying millions to live in a five levels house 🤑 that wouldn't be me. Tugun looks lovely though and right on the beach 🙂
It cost the RSL 4.7 million and they couldn't afford an elevator in the house of 5 levels when they built it. It would be almost unlivable climbing the stairs up and down up and down up and down up and down up and down... I regret buying a ticket, not that I expect to win, it really is a good cause... In most 60s I couldn't I couldn't live in that house... And it's the same with the Gold coast one. Elevators don't cost that much. No wonder the palm beach vendors unloaded that house.

Only the Tugan beach house is purposely build I reckon and is new.
Where is the dishwasher hiding in the beautiful palm beach kitchen?
Look at the 360 view of the kitchen with your back to the window, then look down and to your left. There are two dishwasher drawers to the left of the sink.
Although, I can't figure put where the dishwasher is in the Tugun house.
I checked the Tugan property. There is no energy saver such as solar power. Also no privacy from outside property. No safety railing in bottom of stairs. No Golden bullons. Bullons needs to help to add up touches. Too expensive to live without bullons bonus.
Bloody public walkway out the back of ya house while you’re tryna have a swim in your pool and entertain guests...
Don't worry, cos Tugan beach is not so popular with swimmers and surfers compare to the nearby high-profile and famous beaches such as Kirra Beach, Coolangatta Beach, Rainbow Beach etc. I live nearby there. It is low traffic area with few joggers and cyclists only during peak hours. Harly anybody walks there at night or afternoon at the walkway.
