You have to place the red marker and click the scan button.. Then move the marker around your town or area and pokemon will appear.. The marker doesn't have a very big radius.

I think I MAY have an idea about how to find ditto. When two Pokemon of the SAME Pokemon, like the two seels that's spawned at 11:00, when catching both of them, take pictures with the AR ON and one will turn into ditto. I haven't experimented yet.
I really want Lachlan to put up another music video but about not being able to catch a mewtwo that would be a really nice video and I personally think that a lot of people would like it so Lachlan plz take this into consideration
With Razz Berries you should use them again if your Pokemon goes into the ball and you don't catch it... If that makes sense? It will allow you to use another Razz Berry if it gets out of the ball but it's still there an you're available to throw another ball at it
Hey Lachlan I know you probably get this a lot but I think I found something cool for the ditto Easter egg. If you go to pokedex and double click the home button on most Pokemon a big x appears but if you do it on pikachu, a white screen appears. I hope you found this helpful👍🏻
Found an Easter egg when your on the gym screen before you battle, double click your home button and everyone in the gym will have the same outfit as you until you exit.
