I used to watch the 3 movies religiously, with ease I watched Spiderman 1 more than 100 times, my family was always gloating about me knowing every single line in the movie, they would ask me to recite scenes from memory to family friends, at one point my stepmom had to hide the dvd player because she was tired of hearing the movie 4 or 5 times a week, combined with the amount of times I've seen 2, 2.1 and 3 I think I do approach the 300 times, love this movies to death even tho I am not a the biggest fan of 3 it does have a special place in my heart. I'd love to see Tobey once more with even a short film or an epilogue to his universe that "You're all grown up... how are you?" from Doc Oc hit so hard at the cinema alongside with the line of Peter and MJ working things out it makes me want to see him once more so much. It's so silly how a superhero movie can be so important in your life and how much it can have an impact on you while growing up.
There are two editions we got over here in America that you might be interested in. There was a 3 disc DVD edition of Spider-Man 3 that was exclusive to a store called Target. We also had the trilogy Blu-Ray box set that you showed off, but over here it folded out showing the three posters for the films with the discs being behind each poster. I’d never heard of those behind the scenes books. The Spider-Man 3 one sounds very interesting. I’ll have to track it down. The nice thing about being obsessed with the Raimi films is that there was so much merchandise made for all three films. Enough to keep you collecting for a lifetime.
I found Spider-Man 2.1 at a thrift store and now I can't stop buying the DVDs. I don't know why but these films and Back to the Future I could own a million times on DVD and it never gets old.
Very comprehensive, and full of nostalgia. Having grown up with the first two and being around the hype of the 3rd one it brings me back. I'd recommend you getting the handheld games, and plug and plays.

That breaking a Green goblin DVD sounds a lot like what I did when I was a kid I was terrified of Jim Carrey's film The mask for some reason and I remember throwing the box somewhere so nobody could find it and then when I was 10 or 11:00 I remember ruining our VHS copy on purpose saying that the tape player had ate it which makes no sense cuz now I love that film

If you obtain the Spider-Man 3 video game again then I think it's worth noting that the PS2 version and PS3 version received special editions. The PS3 version includes a playable New Goblin and the PS2 version includes a bonus disc with interviews of Stan Lee and the main voice cast of the game talking about their roles in the movie(s), their roles in the game(s) and video games in general. You may take an interest in the novelizations of the Spider-Man trilogy, particularly the third one as I've heard it's much closer to Sam's original version of the film compared to the theatrical cut and Editor's Cut. I've also heard Kraven is a boss exclusive to the Xbox version of the Spider-Man (2002) video game, thought that would interest you as well. Don't know if you'd count these but Spider-Man: Friend or Foe uses designs based on the Sam Raimi movies, Spider-Man: The New Animated series acts a continuation of the first film (though the second movie ignores that) and The Amazing Spider-Man video game and Marvel's Spider-Man include suits based on the Sam Raimi suit. And I recall at one time using a Spider-Man 2 mouse pad.

I have however, bought a steelbook collection set that contains the editor’s cut as well. I remember I do or did have a dvd box set of the original spider Man movies I can't remember and if I still have them dvds for the amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2 and also I have got not long ago blu ray 3D for the amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2 and and yes I have blu rays for the newer spider Man movies there is a blu ray 3D for spider Man no way home I haven't got it yet I might get it.

It does have a UK release, in the pack I showed off with the Amazing Spider-Man series as well, I don't know if its still available but that's how I got it
There's 3 versions of Spider-Man 3 that come with big statue/figures of Venom, Sandman, and Black Suited Spider-Man. (One figure/statue each) I have the black Suited Spider-Man one and it's really cool.
There's also Novelizations of the trilogy as well. I have all 3 and they are good reads. Some differences in the books and some re-added deleted scenes from Spider-Man 3.

The Blu-ray version is definitely just as good! It’ll contain all the same features so if you can’t find the 4K, definitely recommend the Blu-ray
