    Good talk.
Need to hear more about sperm quality over 45 contributing to autism and other mental and physical health issues for children born to older men.

Thank you Tamron for putting the spotlight on men's issues. A lot of men, especially in the African American community, will not even discuss mental health, aging and sexual dysfunction issues. More open dialogue has to happen.

It's interesting that the doctor didn't want to use the term "manopause" because it's "not helpful." I guess it softens the blow to call it mid life crisis. It's biology and aging in which men are not immune to despite assumptions. I can see that some of their egos are bothered by this and that it made them uncomfortable to discuss it. Imagine how it makes women feel when it's constantly thrown in our faces.

I haven't heard the term manopause used in medical circles before.

Great topics. I like the fact Dr.Andre Harris called it what it was (sloppy). He got in shape., the pressure is always on women to be fit.

i had to have the conversation without hurting a guy i was dating. i was in my mid 40's and he was 17 yrs older. we both worked out and took care of ourselves we were not having sex but during kissing it would get heated at times and i didn't want to hurt his feelings so I ask him was he sexual attracted to me because i notice he little man was not as excited. he said i will go to the doctor. we never had the conversation again and eventually we stop seeing each other. the problem was still there, he never went to the doctor and he never admitted he had a problem.

Men don’t go through nearly as much as women as we mature! But, it’s refreshing to hear these discussion.

The way we allow society to dictate to us what is 'handsome' and what is 'beautiful' has caused many to look into cosmetic (a quick, but expensive) fix. But let's do our due diligence and research on what's best for us individually. More rest, eating better, exercising, and taking much-needed vacations or days off to just RELAX.

low key, i'd get my eye refreshened but reason i'm not really into surgical procedures is bc of all the bad hollywood jobs i've seen. if they cant find adequate surgeons why would i be able to?

I don't really follow this, but I always thought most of the bad Hollywood jobs were just celebrities getting too much done and going over and over with no stopping point. This is not the case?
