I wonder how many people realize the skill level of this gunsmith. Absolutely beautiful! You sir can call yourself a gunsmith. Respectfully yours from South Africa.
Excellent , It’s nice to see Old World Craftsmanship still being done on such a high level . I’m glad to see the skilled worker isn’t an older gentleman on his way to retirement without anyone to take his place. Great Video on all levels ! Thanks
Wow!!!! You sir are an amazing gunsmith, truly a incredible craftsman! I would be honored to have a left handed custom Mauser built by your hand! I’ll be in touch to put my name on the list!
Excelente video ..!!
Okay, I've watched this entire video Twice already ! Completely mesmerizing ! That is indeed a work of art. Probably the most beautiful piece of Wood on that stock that I have ever seen. THREE scopes ? What's up with that ?
I just stumbled onto your channel, it’s everything i hoped for. I’m currently building myself a mauser 98 in .35 Whelen and was looking for some inspiration!
Mauser actions are the best. Some years ago I bought 35 Mauser from Israel. There were 3 dated 1937 WaA4. Built a 308 with one gold inlaid bellowing stags head on the mag plate hook and claw mounts with 1930's Voitlander Skopa B. scope. Montecarlo stock full pistol grip and roll over cheek piece. Bedded shot like a dream. Thanks for the memories with your superb workmanship.👌👍✌
Very well done. Nice to see a craftsman actually build a rifle. Lot of so called gunsmiths now think because they can thread and chamber a pre contoured blank. Bed it in a synthetic stock they are a gunsmith. Appreciate the time and skill it’s not only takes to do this but also thank you for the video progression.
Skookum as frig! AMAZING artistry and craftsmanship. How much would you charge a nearly retired machinist to come and be your helper? Love your work, and not a CNC in sight!
This guy is a freaking pro, hats off!! He builds the gun from scratch, from barrel to the stock, even the checkering Beautiful bolt action rifle dude.Keep it up bro!!!❤
I saw the full vedio with out skip, such a wonderful work,I ❤ this work and rifle ,no words to say about making skill.i love it❤❤❤❤❤ from India,13. November 2023
Absolute quality, looks awesome wish we had guys like you in Aussie, I can only dream of rifles like your build great build the customer no doubt would be over the moon.
Incredible watching every aspect of the build and all by hand… absolutely incredible workmanship! Especially enjoyed watching the work on the checkering! Appreciate getting to watch this! All the best from Australia
Always make the metal look like it was poured into the stock. I made the carbine stocks for John Martz Luger carbine maker from Lincoln, CA. and did alot of inletting of steel into English walnut. This stock here is beautiful.
Phew! For a second I thought I had just watched all that beautiful machining just to watch you bed the entire barreled action. Didn’t realize you were just making a pattern. Amazing work.
Yes, true craftsmanship is alive! It’s sad that many people today consider slapping together an AR-15 type rifle as the mark of a great gunsmith… It’s like comparing a sculptor’s statue to a lego kit!
This craftsmanship is one of my dream's job. But it's illegal in my country. I wish I could fly over to your facility and become a part of this amazing gunsmithing.
That's more like a labor of love. What a magnificent rifle, that's what I call a Family Heirloom.. Thank you for letting us watch and drool over it.. the link for the hat is not working for me in U. S. A.
Why not put a detachable bipod on it to save carrying the big clumsy rest mount around? If I went to the expense of buying one of these I would want a nice bipod for sniping shots. Also I noticed at the end the shooter was taking the brass fired cases out by hand. Do you suffer from ejection problems?
I wonder how many people realize the skill level of this gunsmith. Absolutely beautiful! You sir can call yourself a gunsmith. Respectfully yours from South Africa.
Thank you! I hope you are well in SA
In this day and age of "just get it done quick and cheap" its refreshing to see someone who concentrates on quality and craftsmanship.

Love the .375 H&H. 👍
The rifle is beautiful, but it's the process that is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.
