They are all builder huts with the texture changed, the one that did not break when he threw the lightning is a real gem box, the other all huts with the texture changed for this are 6.1 gem boxes and 5 huts with different texture;) Edit : with apk editor you can change the lost connection writing
At 10:12 there are only 5 gem boxes and those are the maximum number of builders. So understand guys they are builder huts not gem box. I think he had moded the app in such a way that the builder hut may look like gem box. Edit: like if you agree
