My Dad who is at present 92 years Old, His Most favourite actor is Dilip Kumar and 2nd Sohrab Modi. i myself his son age 49 has seen this movie serval times. But my dad may have saw almost 55 to 60 times. Now also my Dad see this movie once in a month. I remember each and every songs, Dialoque, expression of this movie. After Madhumati his 2nd most favourite movie is Sikander (1942)
I heard about the release of this picture in 1958,when I was in 12th standard,but I heard the melodious songs over the radio.Npw I am retired person at the age of nearing 80s.But stii the songs I admire and watching film online,thanks to TH-cam.

The music is beautiful. The female performance if it were not Dileep Kumar to portray the male in front of her could have been fine although her expressions in terms of dance are match to none she is wonderful.
