How can I create my own ground textures? Specifically I am talking about creating the runway numbers with red background that appear on the ground at the Hold-Short point.
You would need to make them in Blender. There is an airport improvement mod in the MS Marketplace that does a good job. Enhanced Airport Graphics by Zinertek
