My friend and I went to see ‘Waitress’ in the movie theatre in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada a couple of weeks ago. What a joy to have the opportunity to see a Broadway show in our home town. If you haven’t seen the movie of the play Waitress-do yourself a favor-see it!!!! I’ve seen the play on Broadway and though it doesn’t quite capture live theatre 🎭 , the ability to watch the actors emote onstage, through their lines and song, cannot be matched. And Sara’s acting is *chefs kiss*-Im in awe that one person can have that much talent. As I was watching it and realizing that the actor and lead singer also wrote this masterpiece-it blew my mind. Tina Fey tapped Sara for Girls5eva for a reason-she’s just that good. Do yourself a favor, go see Waitress on the big screen!!!!
