Definitely second best attacker, a lot of meta characters can inflict status effects he’s gonna have the defence buff most the time and his normal attack can use for running, very good.

@@mohammedkhalaily2431 personally, I think film red shanks is still on the top, some of characters can remove his haki state but even without his haki state he is still kicking, his atk buff is so easy to get, insane healing traits, one perfect dodge gets back his haki state, the max hp reduction which is still very annoying and that god damn “5%” stun effect that ain’t 5% I swear. Reasons why I don’t think ex Zoro is no 1 is that he can get status inflicts easily his skill two is somewhat of a siting duck waiting to get status inflicted.
He is not broken but became though character to deal with and he can survive more than before
He is definitely broken. Number 1 Character if you know how to use him

Skill 2 and the normals are really WAY more faster and now u can use his 1-2 normals to mover forward faster idk about his skill 1 tho still testing
