Parallax Sky Replacement, World Flip Effect | After Effects Seamless Transition Tutorial CC 2020

An After Effects CC 2020 Tutorial on how to create this parallax sky replacement / world flip effect and how to use motion keyframing to create a transition from it. No plugins necessary.

1:42 Step 1 - Film and Import Two Clips With Visible Skylines
2:47 Step 2 - Precompose Both Clips Into A (Vertically) Larger Precomposition
3:25 Step 3 - Use Lumetri Color to Color Match Your Two Shots
4:22 Step 4 - Determine Which Sky You Want to Keep and Which You Want to Key
4:32 Step 5 - Rotate the Top Clip in your Precomposition 180 degrees
4:36 Step 6 - Key out the Sky in Bottom Clip (or whichever sky you plan to get rid of)
5:12 Step 7 - Drag your top layer down to Replace the Keyed Out Sky
5:36 Step 8 - Feather out the Sky in the “Sandwiched” Layer
6:12 Step 9 - Add Key Cleaner Effect to Layer with Key
6:55 Step 10 - Center All Layers Vertically & Shave Off The Empty Black Space
7:25 Step 11 - Use Motion Keyframing + Motion Tile to Flip from One Clip to the Other
9:12 Step 12 - Use Graph Editor to Customize / Smooth Out the Motion
10:24 Step 13 - Add a Motion Tile Effect to Get Rid of Any Remaining Black Edges
