Dude, you need to attend wrestling classes. This is basic stuff. I'd recommend Folkstyle and Catch. Freestyle is a bit mat focused these days because of new ruleset.

He kind of shows a style of spiral ride later on in the video, but GSP is more focused on having a hand free to punch. Unless you have a particularly brutal rule set, you don't get to punch in folkstyle wrestling 🤣.
