I tested/played the deck on locals and coocked a little with it and there are issues, yes BUT you can fix them. For example: the engine is "resetable" with playing ishizu shufflers to not only have nice interruptions but also fill up the gas again. On top there are also possibilities to play shooting riser (with a shuffler 100% in grave so if you draw a engine reqirement you can shuffle back by discarding with hugin). But all in all the deck is pretty fun :)
Sir Nope you need to try a Penguin IceBarrier deck with focus on the OCG Card lancea dragon ancestor of the ice spirit mountain plus the new permanent trap :D they got really great support and searchers and if u sprinkle in the icejade lvl 5 and 7 plus their 2 searcher cards u can reliable spamm Pingus on top of everything else :D only restriction is you can only summon water monsters.
Been playing this since the release of Runicks, one cool card you could play is ice barrier cause free discard for hugin but it does limit you to only waters tho you can usually end on dragite + chengying with that line
Try icejades, melffys or ghoti. Those were the best engines I've found, but the limiting factor will aways be the penguins, they are not that good, although i love them. Melffys are clearly the best engine the deck turns into a control monster that can otk in a blink of and eye
Melffy penguins you say? 🤔 Just build my own version of Runick Penguins and it is really fun. But it does run out of gas pretty fast. Do you happen to have a deck list for it?
