I'm absolutely here for this. Because nothing annoys me more than like warm cheese, or like warm fruits. I want them cold. I'm going to freaking try this.
I had something similar in Spain. In summer we passed a stall with a big line. It was grilled on fire peasant bread garlic clove rubbed on it, drizzled after with Spanish EVOO then frozen tomato shaved on it and fresh thyme s & p AMAZING AND CHEAPER then McDonalds so much tastier❗
