Love wright stander company. My favorite hands down. Been with wright stander since the beginning. Love you beliefs which are the same as my belief as a small landscaping service Thanks Steve
I bought a used wright sentar 52 (10 or 15 years old) and I needed a part that is showing discontinued at the dealers I contacted. I contacted Wright to see if they would happen to have one, or could get one. They contacted me back and explained that the part was discontinued because it rarely, rarely failed and that the mowers that had the issues mine was having were due to incorrect assembly procedure at the dealer and they explained to me how to correct it. I hardly ever get that kind of customer service from anybody. I think Wright is the best in commercial mowers because their mowers are top notch and so are their people. Keep doing what you do. Thank you.
Ok , Ed look I need help.. my deler is not understanding what is wrong with my new stander b 36. It has not cut right from day one ... cuts good one time cuts bad most of the time .. iv talked to you in person in Maryland at a event. But didn't get to realy tell you what's my problem.... I think I have a warped deck or something else I can't cut quality cuts I have some customers that don't want me to use this mower.... 8k loss . Only 70 hrs now. I can't sleep over this... I bought this mower because of you.. I'm not satisfied..
Thank you Ed. I bought a Wright mower (as a homeowner) precisely because of your no nonsense, transparent approach to design, mfg, continuous improvement within your business. The machine works exactly as advertised (admittedly its more than I need in many ways) and my confidence grows in using it because of the continuous videos that help me as an operator. Great work sir.
Thanks for the video Ed. One of the big reasons for buying Wright other than our dealer ZTR Mowers in NZ (Andrew is fantastic) is these videos. Thanks for all the work you put into producing these videos and making them high quality to refer back to when needed.
Went to all 3 Wright dealers in the Austin area... Not one had a single Wright mower... Ended up with a Scagg today... Sucks, sure do prefer a wright, but needed a mower now...
Hi Ed, I would love to try your mower as I'm a solo lawn guy, here central Florida, but in my area I really dont see your mower, and I am very interested, we have a lot of Bahia grass here I believe your mower would do great with type of grass, as it's very hard to cut without going over it 3 times, thanks

Great video Ed. I own three Wright Mowers. This is the question I get asked all the time. When are we going to get a dealer around Bristol Tn? I will own Wright Mowers for life but it's a hard sell to my colleagues when the closest dealer is 90 min (45miles but over two mountains). Been praying for a dealer for years. Thanks Ed.
Nice video Ed demo's are only as good as the dealer selling your product most dealers are too cheap or too lazy or not good business professionals who think it's a waste of time it's not 🚫 nobody wants a mower that doesn't cut grass there's lots of them take care Ed👍
Hi Ed serious inquiry here, how long do u guys let a potential customer hang on to a demo n u might have answered this above in video I apologize I haven't watched yet
Hey I was just at a new Wright dealer and he sold me a stens hydro filter and stens 20w50 hydro oil for a brand new mower less the 50 hours I was testing him and failed horribly and he didn't even know a stander 36 intensity existed he also told me he had to lie to you saying he'd sold them to get a 52 and 61 zxt on the floor then quoted me over msrp on a 52 zxt and bagger personally I just wouldn't want this guy selling your mowers after selling me aftermarket parts even after having to order them when I know better then to put aftermarket filters and cheap oil in these mowers I wanted to see what he'd get me and I've seen exmarks die at 300 hours because of this reason one reason I bought my stander I 36 is because my original dealer stressed using the manufacturers parts like kawasaki filters and the correct oil for air cooled engines I'll be going back to my original dealer a further drive but the knowledge of the product and not cheap parts is more important to me then trashing the hydro system
Ed my advice dealer support, better dealers is what you need. I'm in PA dealer has no demos/loaners I know with covid it can be tuff but a dealer should have a demo that can also be used if someone's machine goes down after purchase. It seems like you put a lot of time in developing products but what good is it if the dealers don't sell them? Have them fill out a form for the loaner with the customer info and then you (corporate) follow up to see what was liked/not liked about your products and why or why not purchased. Just my 2 cents...

What's the best chute blocker in your opinion based on customers feedback?
Fingers crossed I die before I can’t buy gas and operate my machinery.

I've got a stander B 36 and I love it! Would like to get a 52inch zk and wondering if you'll be putting a EFI kawasaki on it any time soon?

Wright sucks, bought zk, and it broke down. Returned it to dealer and got a Ferris
