Imagine how cool it would be, if We saw a live-action version of this scene, in the Ahsoka series. My second question is: What did Lord Vader do with Ahsoka's lightsaber...and, after he was redeemed, did he inform Luke or Ahsoka that it still remains on Mustafar? It would be cool, if Ahsoka managed to regain her lightsaber...yet another connection to Anakin Skywalker and The Clone Wars. Your theory sounds really sinister. Imagine if The Acolytes Of The Beyond managed to get this lightsaber, and they discovered the history behind it (a Padawan's lightsaber in Lord Vader's possession...an heirloom of a early kill in his history as a Sith Lord)?

So what does Ahsoka do with the blue ones from there? Since she's actively using the white ones.... Would they be better off repurposed for new apprentices?
What I took from the Ahooka Novel and Tales of the Jedi is that the "Shadow" had her crystal in his lightsaber. Ahsoka went to Ilum to get a new crystal. She could not get one due to the Imperial presence. She left and searched her feelings to be redirected back to the farming planet where she met an Inquisitor. It felt like that inquisitor had her crystal(s) pending book or cartoons. I think to book had her leave both of her lightsabers and in the video clips you used, Vader only found one lightsaber. So, if that inquisitor had a lightsaber and didn't have to "take it" like Vader did to remake his own I think it might be possible that Ahsoka's crystal was recycled after bleeding for the inquisitor's weapon she later recovered. Somehow, Ahsoka ended up with 2 crystals... so I see a bit of a plot hole there... but meh.
I think there are 2 possibilities what Vader did with her lightsaber. 1). He destroyed it along with almost all other Jedi lightsabers. 2). More likely explanation is that he kept it as a memory.
I remember having a lot of questions after the end of that episode. If I were Vader, I'd want to know who precisely buried the dead? He was a "trust nothing, verify everything" kind of guy, who would have no problem digging up their remains to find out who was buried, cross-reference it with their unit roster, etc. If there were no remains for Rex or Ahsoka, regardless of helmet or lightsaber, I'd have serious doubts about their deaths. Did the person who did the burying get off the moon, and if so how? Where did they go? Did they check in with Imperial command to report the deaths and that they are among the only survivors? Why only one saber? If she died, why not both? [Okay, just checked some lore monkeys, they think she did indeed drop both but the scene only showed one. Still...rather crucial plot hole they could have plugged by showing her drop both.] The only somewhat convincing scene was him watching the convor Morai. He might have believed that to be an omen, since it became associated with Ahsoka after essentially taking the place of The Daughter on Mortis. I think he still would have been pretty skeptical, despite seeing the bird.
The further clue is that he turned up at all, why would Lord Vader be bothered to check a crashed venator, he wouldn't. Anakin would have known the ship that Ahsoka & Rex were coming back on after the siege of Mandalore, it was reported to be found and once he heard he came to check for himself. Its Anakin, its always been Anakin, Vader was a lie Anakin told himself to deal with what he'd done, but it was Anakin who want revenge on Obi-Wan, It was Anakin who built the castle on Mustafar cause he wanted to bring Padme back, it was Anakin that wanted to know more when he realized his kids were alive. Anakin might have even believed his own lie but everything he did was Anakin, in pain, twisted but deep down always Anakin. This scene and him even bothering to check is further proof for me
I feel like the morai shows up whenever a little bit of anakin peeks through as well as around ahsoka.. cuz at this point ahsoka is long gone from this place
I choose to believe that he was saddened but also relieved that she appeared to be dead so he would not have to kill her (which I think he would have done had he found her alive)Plus now he could report her death show evidence so if she was alive it would be easier for her to keep her head down since she specifically was not being sought. He might have bled her crystal but if so it was to have and use something that belonged to her not to necessarily kill her with it should be found alive. Again not that he would not kill her with it should it come up.
Maybe Vader just can't bend over easily in his new suit/legs. Might be looking a little too in depth at the kneeling aspect to get the light saber. Anyway, to summarize the video - I'm making a wild guess which amounts to fan fiction.
