Glad to hear they made the change for convenience although the interface has changed but not fast changing. Can you confirm?

I have backed every Korin release. Unfortunately the backpacks last only up to a year, especially if you travel a lot.
I have only one that survived longer and it’s the first release.
The support is very selective who they answer to. They do so when they feel like it and sometimes ignore you completely no matter how many times you have contacted them.
I have contacted the support regarding the quality issues and they blame it on the usage…
Which is completely none sense, what am I suppose to do? Buy a backpack and not use it?
I think they have smart way of doing it to correlate with their way of product release cycle one a year.
This backpack will be the last one for me.

Thanks for sharing your experience Arash, useful for others to know. Have you found a pattern where all the bags you backed have failed or are the failures in different parts of the bag?
I mentioned in my Kickstarter article of the ClickPack Travlo Korin's history wasn't great, but it looks like they're improving with the way they're handling the Travlo.
I do think the quality will hold up better (it's more expensive after all) but definitely their support experience is lacking from what I've seen.
The Travlo has been a positive experience overall and I hope they improve the features I felt fell short.

@@OneTechTraveller Straps and the zipper wears out very quickly.
They look good as I always get comments from other people about the design but they lack durability.
In the end they’re a design team, but when it comes to material quality, build quality and practicality. They have a lot to learn.
The worst one has been flippack. It gave up after one trip.
And they have been on and off with some basic features. removing them strategically and reintroduce them as a new feature in the next release.
      Reminds me of Apple.
We’ll see how it goes with this one, hopefully this one lasts longer.
And hopefully they will listen more to feedbacks, take their time, think things through, fix things and then release a product instead of doing a cash grab at the end of every year.

Yes, the materials and design features vary between what each model is suited for (which is no problem in itself), but it becomes inconsistent with what you come to expect across the range.
Here's hoping the overall impression of the ClickPack Travlo has the stamina to keep it up and Korin continuously aims to improve, rather than releasing iterations that make earlier models more obsolete in the same price points.
I'm hopeful Korin will use the Travlo to upgrade the overall lineup. Good points Korin take into account Arash.

183cm 👌 I would have mentioned it in the video but I accidentally referred to myself as 6 inches instead of 6 foot 😅

@@OneTechTraveller maybe u were not referring to ur height. LOL. Thanks for responding. Not many TH-camrs do. The height put in good perspective of the size of the bag. It looked kinda small.

😂🤐 you’re welcome, happy to help and give time for those that come by 🤙 for sure, any other questions let me know. It’s pretty big but hope the comparison to a typical carry on luggage helps.
