Typhoon Gaemi Approaches Taiwan and China’s Zhejiang Province

Typhoon Gaemi, strengthened into a typhoon in waters east of the Philippines, is heading toward the northeastern coastal area of Taiwan. The storm is forecast to make landfall in Taiwan’s northeastern county of Yilan as early as Wednesday before moving toward the coastal area of China’s Zhejiang province.
