    Is there way to go deeper in this analysis and find trends on common key
    phrases or text that shows up in relation to positive responses vs
    negative responses (without manually going through)?

      You could use Azure ML studio/python etc and run another ML model called LDA (latent dirichlet allocation). It's an unsupervised algorithm that assists with topic modelling and finds common key phrases or text
