Why Roman resigned ? Why Gaurav Agarwal was struggling in his first posting ? Why several intelligent IPS officers fail in arresting criminals and Mafias ? Because their academic intelligence can fetch them higher rank but ultimately social intelligence, EQ, Psychology, ruthless attitudes, internal motivation, value driven qualities makes excellent civil servant. Such officer's never quit or complain. They really work hard in their job to solve the real problem concerning masses.

Yes u have given the correct reasons why they fail to catch criminals and mafias but my friend in my point of view we as a citizen have also failed to select the politicians who could have supported atleast the Bureaucrats who are fearless, Sincere officers faces frequent transfers like Khemka Sir no security of tenures, Nowadays Our officers are run by their political masters with exceptions like Amit Kataria, P Narhari
We can't expect from politicians that they will allow Officers to go out of the box ( again with exception like Gadkari Sir had allowed Nurul Hasan to do investigation as per the law ) one thing we as a citizen can do is whenever there is transfer of any sincere officers in our district or locality we must agitate or register our presence that we didn't want this officer to be transferred and rest is the fate....

Rishabh trivedi is smart enough to understand the flaws of examination process and courageous enough to say it should be rectified. All other boys there spoke only about how to adapt ourselves to fit into the exam. But in reality, exam should adapt to find the best candidate possible and reduce externalitieas. Because UPSC owes duty to the country to find the best candidates but candidates are not duty bound. This means UPSC should adapt.

koi kuch bolta hai to koi kuch
koi bolta hai answer writing ki practice karo koi i.e. ratta maro aur likhke dekho aur koi bolta hai nai understanding ki bhi jarurat hai phir koi bolta hai ki ye sab bhi kiya pr agr examiner ko answer pasand nai aya to? Phir us tarike se khud ko adapt karo phir koi bolta hai ki pre me gadbad hai phir koi bolta hai ki nai pre me nai mains me gadbad hai phir koi bolta hai nai interview me tum ache nahi bole to reject kiye jaoge to inshort bhai bahut problem hai iss exam me kabhi kabhi aisa bhi lagta hai
Halaki mai 3rd year of clg me hi hu aur maine kabhi dene ka aise socha nai kabhi pr itni saari baate sunne ke baad aisa lagta hai bahut jyada gadbad hai
Phir kabhi aisa lagta hai us insaan ka luck acha hai jo first time hi sahi book se padta hai ,sahi answers writing ki techniques usko pahle baar mi pata chal jaye, aur wo delhi me rahta ho,sath hi sath wo MBBS or IItian ho, aur ye sab kuch Traits agr eksath aajaye to kuch ho sakta hai aur sab traits aane ke liye thoda bahot lucky bhi to hona padta hai.
Mtlb inn exams ka aisa hai ki
Pahle to 1000meters ki agr race track hai to wo pahle cross karo(i.e pre and i.e. koi agr 900 tak aajaye to wo fail koi 800 takb aajaye to bhi fail
Phir 2nd thing is ki abhi jo i.e. 3000 log iss 1000 meter ki race ko cross kr diye hai phir unke saath luckydraw basis pe unka selection hoga i.e. interview
Phir usme jo 1000 niklege unka luckydraw base pe IAS IPS IRS pe posting hogi i.e. interview me marks kam jyada hone se hi to rank decide hogi to ab isko luck bole nahi to kya bole
i.e. Interview ke aage ki saare process luck based hi hai
      Aur yahi nahi
Right Books se padhna aur right techniques se answers likhna isme bhi to lucky hona padta hi hai na
Kyo ki answers sabhi log right likh rahe hai pr answers right hone kaam nahi chalta hai answers examiners ke dil ko ache lagne chahiye

So bro you are even more luckier Bcoz UPSC Favours to people who are good at English bcoz lot of Hindi Student are not able to cope up with the speed at which you have write answers in Mains
In my Previous Message i was Talking About the different types & Role of Luck in this Examination i.e.
For eg 1st You Have to Read From the Right Material and Then Write the Answers which are not only correct but it should be liked by the Exam Checker
If he don't likes your answer you are gone from upsc so the first role of luck
2nd If you have Surpassed this net then the other net of Luck comes which out of the 3000 people which are selected for interview only 1000 will be selected bcoz the Interviewer doesn't like the answers which you have told So you have to be little bit lucky here too
Then After that 3rd Which then according to the marks which you got in interview your rank will be decided so there also you have to again get lucky to get IAS posting instead of IPS
So this is what i was saying in my previous message that you have to get Lucky at many point of time in this Examination
And Other Luck which also plays major role is
Students Born and Lived in Delhi are more likely to clear rather than a student in a very small village.
So anybody here who agrees with the Role of Luck.

This session opened all the layers of upsc examination I understood that only from seeing the successful life of other people we should not decide our goal our goal should be based upon our interest and I will say that in current time the tag of upsc examination in our country is destroying the life of millions of students because just because of seeing randomly the power respect videos of ias and ips they make this job there dream goal 😮and the fact of sorrow is this that only few of them gets success 😢 and this is the reason why our country is not producing any decade changing scientist for a long time. And the creativity of students youths has been disappeared. I wish that every student should watch the video to know the all realities of most popular competitive exam
