    PART I: public procurement documents and drafting of a tender - things to consider, essential steps to be taken, and ways to avoid potential infringement of rights in the subsequent stages of the public procurement process.
    During the webinar, we will discuss:

    • Clarifications and adjustments to procurement documents;
    • Right to challenge procurement documents and the proper exercise of such right;

    Speakers:
    Dovilė Jankauskytė is a Senior Associate and attorney at the law firm COBALT. Her main areas of legal practice include public procurement law and public-private partnerships. Dovilė advises private clients and contracting authorities on evaluating supplier proposals, preparing responses to supplier inquiries and claims, and representing clients in litigation. She is one of the co-authors of the commentary on the Public Procurement Law and the Law on Procurement in the Fields of Water Management, Energy, Transport, and Postal Services.
    Kristina Ivanovė is a Senior Associate at COBALT with extensive experience in advising clients (both suppliers and contracting authorities) on various public procurement issues, representing them in public procurement disputes (both at the pre-trial and trial stages), and assisting in the implementation of public sector procurements. Kristina is also one of the co-authors of the commentary on the Public Procurement Law and the Law on Procurement in the Fields of Water Management, Energy, Transport, and Postal Services.
