We celebrate because well my maiden name was O'Dell and my oldest sister was born on that day also. This year we are having to squeeze it in fast between Valentine's day at Easter, but it has become especially important this year because she was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Everyday is a gift so we are making them as special as we can for her. Thank you for another idea to craft.

Kelly I have those words I bought awhile back and did not really know how to use them. This is perfect. I am 98% Irish/scotch (my great grandfather was a Kennedy that came from Ayr Scotland which is the seat of the Kennedy clan) I will put these on my Door. Ohhhh I love the bright Irish Green.

The green parts of the shamrocks have an almost metallic look to them. Your signs are beautiful!
I made this. I used a little more greens, and only used the welcome sign in the middle. I am loving it. It looks so nice on my front door. - and since I already had the ribbon, words, jute twine and the paint, it was an entire $3.00!! Thank you so much.

Oh Kelly! It's wonderful! I love the homemade puff paint idea. Now we can use puff paint in ANY color we want. I'm going to try and put some in a small squeeze bottle and test how long it stays usable. I'll keep you posted on that! Just love your channel, enthusiasm and general verve for life. It may sound weird but you make me feel like were friends for real. (No stalker vibe, lol!) It's just fun and like visiting a friend to swap ideas and create pretty and sometimes even useful things. Kelly, I love your new wall! It is the perfect background for you and your DIY’s. I’ve noticed that it softens the light on your skin and warms you up, giving you a nice glow! Previously, the light seemed more harsh and was not complimentary enough for your hair and skin color. I hope that comes off sounding right, certainly not meaning it was bad before but just it is perfect now! Thanks for the DIY. I have never liked the bright green usually used - your green is pretty.
