I have been personally convicted about the amount of stuff I held in to. We as people need very little to happy…but modern society has convinced us that we need more and more and that we can never have enough. I have been getting rid of stuff slowly. My wardrobe has significantly decreased since last year even… I feel so happy to not have so much clothes that I can’t decide what to wear. Now I have mostly clothes that I actually wear and I don’t have clothes collecting dust and not being worn. I also made a strict rule one in one out ( that goes for if I have brought three in that means three are being taken out).
I also very rarely go to the salon…and I have never in my life dyed my hair ever. I don’t go to nail salons anymore I love the way my natural nails look.
Wow, Kendra! This video is SO inspirational. I agree with you on SO many things, even though I'm not to the same point on specific ones, but I'm gradually getting there. As far as greeting cards, Dollar Tree is the best option for those not making their own. You can get good cards at well voer half the price of other places. I'm so happy for you and Nick being able to save so much, especially with a baby on the way. That savings will really come in handy. Thanks again, and stay safe!
I know this is older video but so refreshing as I’ve felt the past couple years I fell back into a deep hole of consumerism and more more more mindset I’m working on starting a no buy for at least couple months Debt Paying people back Getting savings back in order And now with inflation I’m penny penny pinching
I switched to bar soap too and it's great. I have an oatmeal one for my face and then a body one. Its also great for cleaning nails, you just scratch soap under your nails and it keeps them really clean.
This channel is so underrated. You are very interesting. To be honest I have problem with keeping my attention and focus so I always put videos in watch later but you are not dull to watch. You are not boring. I hope that makes sense. I am not good in English lol. Your hair is also so pretty and I like your hair color. I also like your accent (clear to understand) and the aesthetic of your channel. You deserve more subscribers tbh.

I gather old electronics faster than we can wear them in our family. I feel like an orphanage for vintage gadgets, and now we have so many, we can run a full STEAM classroom out of them and supply 30 kids with everything they need for learning, tinkering and designing.

No more plastic. Shouldn’t even have anything plastic these days. Better for the environment. Doing the same things with shampoo and stuff that hotels do
