TO THE PEOPLE WHO DID NOT GET THE TNT TO EXPLODE:
You need to place a delay timer and set that time to 2. Then you should connect the TNT to the delay timer and connect the delay timer to the lever.
I hope this helps. You can also try with pvp on if it works I am not sure if it works tho.

No. The way you need the Dynamite/TNT to explode is to open PVP, and you need the other person you're trying to explode open pvp too. Then when both of you have pvp on. Click the lever and the dynamite/tnts will explode on impact on the build that has the person sitting on it with pvp.
