Conan is definitely a good boss. During the 2007 writers strike he paid his production staff out of his own pocket. That goes above and beyond your average boss. That comes from someone who really cares.
Not to mention when he decided to switch networks after he got screwed over by NBC. He offered to help everyone from his staff at NBC to transition to TNT when he moved over to that network.

You guys should watch the video when he goes to Ireland to look for members of his family, or when he goes to the Irish heritage museum. Both are hilarious.

It's just pure cringe to me at this point. Gen-Z trying to adopt the pop-culture of the millennials, to me as a Gen-X-er, is one of the wildest things I've ever seen. Not because they do it in general, because that always happens between generations, but what astonishes me the most is how often this happens nowadays.
