Hi Aaditya,
The approach you had shown above is quite insightful. Although, I would like to add a point that in the "flight" operation if we can divide it into a further domestic and international (if present) operation, the structure may be more MECE. I mean if the airline has a substantial amount of international operation then points like charging slot, video screen, etc can be added, and thus we can recommend accordingly.
BTW, thanks for these consulting prep videos (especially the unconventional cases). Surely it will help a lot in the placement session.

Great video but you could have been a little more specific when you are talking about an aviation company. An aviation company could be anything ranging from a company that operates airports, or airlines, or the one that manufactures them. I ended up solving for all three of them and ended up with too much of a lengthy solution lol
