Acttually the dosa is deep fried in ghee. Most if the cast iron tawa is curved, then the ghee will stay in the center and we can cook atleast 2-3 dosa in 2 tbsp of ghee . More ghee adds more flavor. if we want we can replace with sesame oil. 😊🙏
Mam my neighbour was from nagarkoil they always prepare dosa in black urudhal so v followed their foot steps. Our dosa will be light brown colour nd yummy in sengoti kallu
Approximately how many dosas does this make? Your plate showed 3, but I know this batter would have made more. I don't want too many dosas, so wondering if I should halve the quantity. Going forward with your recipes, it would be useful, if you could include the approximate number of servings. Thank you.
