- Looks like Hunt Showdown 2 is coming out in August? I kid, but with all these changes it might as well be. Hunt: Showdown is going to be a different game come August.

Unsre about the trap change. Unless they fix floor concertina. I can see people placing a concertina as high as possible and then setting it off to explode mostly on the floor above.
I made a guess that deal 300 damage with mosin challenge didn't show you in game so that you wouldn't get information off of it when you triple tap from 100 meters and you're not sure if you hit arm or chest.

The bullet drop I love it, not realistic, but I love it. I got a theory maybe FMJ will do extra damage to compensate for drop.
Aside from balancing long ammo, I don't know what the point of adding bullet drop is---but we'll see.
i think that was their main focus for sure. long ammo has been king since day 1 basically

More L changes. That bullet drop is absurd. 11:30 that's the problem mate, they releasing a new game in detriment of the existing game. If they wanted to do a Hunt 2 they should've done that and leave the regular game alone. I bet money if they did a poll a huge majority of people are not on board with many of these changes.
the people at Crytek are the ones in charge of the business that is Hunt: Showdown. They are making changes to increase money flow, not lower it. I think they have a lot of stats we don't before implementing these changes. They are using that info to gauge the general player and what they want. I don't think anyone working at Crytek wants to lose their job.
@@khalamity2249 so far the sentiment in both the youtube comments for the dev update videos and the reddit community seems to be major dislike for the changes. They claim to have a lot of stats backing their decisions but they don't show them. They dont even put the new updated game in the test server to get player feedback. Everything is super sketchy. Most of the changes introduced since Fifield took over were pretty bad so I'm not holding my breath. Guess we'll see.
