Covid PCR test was done about 72 hours prior to boarding my 1st flight from Dulles International Airport to JFK and then to my final destination Lagos.

What were the documents you filled at the review your requirements, did you fill out your USA passport and residency or you filled out your Nigeria passport and Nigeria residency coz Iam completely clueless as to the requirements to get ready for my travel

This was last year and most likely the requirements has changed. You might want to visit the Nigeria travel portal for the most updated requirements. All the best!

Hi. I got it done at a designated lab. You should find this on your country's health website.

Yes at JFK but it only for a few hours.
