When all 4 chapters are released in a month, GtG shards will be a BIG deal. You will see whales unlock GtG in Oct / Nov. GtG will then start to appear in Arena and will boost your Raid scores. With 4 chapters F2P will start getting 5-9 GtG shards per week and if glyphs are released and accesable, F2P will start getting up to 20 to 29 GtG shards per week due to big improvements in there Raid scores.

Hier can i claim Guild rewards in iOS ??
On android I get the rewards in my mailbox but on ios I never got nothing and there is no possibility to claim the guild rewards.
The personal rewards can be claimed

How valuable are Gems in the early-mid game?

They're valuable at any stage. Gems are spent on refreshes, refreshes get you more shards and gear.
