If you're going to put Tatsuro up in #2 as a top prospect in his division ---- & it's your list, so you have to right to rank anyone, anywhere, according to your own criteria ---- you might as well put Rinya Nakamura next to him, to the right or left.
Rinya has three clear assets over Tatsuro:
(#1) Rinya is superior to Tatsuro in the stand-up department. He will literally RAG DOLL Tatsuro there, with zero doubt: he has one-punch KO power & the skills to deliver it.
Most of Tatsuro's wins are, for example, Subs; but most of Rinya's wins are by KOs.
(#2) Rinya is an actual ELITE wrestler, with elite Judo.
We know that on average, elite wrestlers are only average strikers; but, again, Rinya is one of the few exceptions to that rule. And, unlike some other Asians, once COVID derailed his Olympic hopes, he switched to MMA and came right to the US to train at ATT... so Rinya likely will outpace Tatsuro in the race to being a Top 5. We know that unless/until Tatsuro gets his SUB-PAR striking upgraded, fast, he's not going further beyond the Top 10 at that division.
In general, from 145 to Flyweight, it's rare that guys have one-punch KO power & the ability to deliver them. His lower leg kicks are fluid & powerful; he could do smooth head kicks as well. Much rarer for guys with such power to also be actual elite wrestlers (guys who could take you down at will or turn your lights out with one punch).
Again, Rinya is one of those rare flyweights; not polished like Top 5 guys, yet, since he's not even ranked. But, again, Rinya likely will get up to Top 5 before Tatsuro, IF BOTH ARE HEALTHY/NOT INJURED and they move up the ranking on a per fight evaluation...
