  • Homemade Cherry Syrup is a great idea to enjoy the taste of even after the Cherry season.
    That Cherry Syrup is a wonderful addition to various desserts or pancakes, crepes and waffles.
    Even for cocktails or champagne or as a base for delicious lemonade with mineral water or sparkling water!
    👉🏼 INGREDIENTS(RECIPE FOR ABOUT 3 LITERS:
    • 1 kg pitted cherries
    • 1.5 liters of water
    • 1.5 kg sugar
    • juice of 3 small lemons
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    According to this recipe, the syrup can be stored unopened for a year in a cool, dark place.
    When the syrup has been opened, it stays in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
