Ya have to back the measure back from the 6 inch side. If you want a 1/2 inch line the paper at 5 1/2. 1/2 inch will cut on the other side of the blade.
Great review, although WRMK people are holding their breath watching you remove the paper guard. Lol. I think their small cutters are good if you need something small & transportable, but I like the bigger ones much more.
If they didn't want me to remove the guard, they shouldn't have made it removable!! Lol
You're probably right, but I cut small things 98% of the time and my hands hurt a lot cuz of my fibro, so this lightweight baby is perfect for me...atleast until it cuts me lol

If you pulled the paper through with your right hand can you use the measurements under the plastic? Know what I mean? Slide it in with your left hand and then pull through with the right. 🤗💕🦋
