A QUESTION BY COMMON MAN || SHALL THEY DRIVE THE CAR OR PAY THE CHALLAN || HORRIBLE

Due to the increase in the Traffic Violation Challan Amount, Whether a Common man can drive their vehicle for the slow speed too.
It is very difficult to drive our vehicles nowadays as, instead of police clearing the road traffic, they are just trying to grab money by way of traffic violation challans merely increasing the limits of above 30 KMPH.
In cities, no police personnel bothered to take care of the violator's vehicles coming from the wrong side which is even more dangerous than driving at a higher speed.
Humble request to the Higher Police Officials to look into the major issues of city traffic control rather than charging for speeding vehicles above 30KMPH.

Actually maine Sunday service karayi h but mistry ne usme excess engine oil dal diya h kyuki maine 3 litar ka bottle diya tha usme only 100-150 ml balance tha, usne jyda dal diya h jiske baad aaj morning white smoke de rhi h kafi
Engine oil kam kaise kre and uske sath kuch aur karna h ya oil level sahi hote hi white smoke band ho jayega , sir please reply

Aap Pehle Dip Stick Bahar nikaal ke check karo ki oil level kitna jyada hai?? Agar jyada hai toh, first option hai hi Dip Stick ki jagah par pipe insert karke oil suck karke extra oil bahar nikal sakte hoh. Woh bhi nahi hota hai toh, mechanic ke paas jaake, wapas oil drain karao aur 2.2 ltr measure karke wapas dalwao.
