its one of the most underrated BWM out there ....thats why and u just dont see many anymore - the metal used to get easily rusted within humidity climate .
Kabobo detto Pico ....we got the coupes here only, sorry I'm not as worldly as you. That said, your Africans comments...well, BYE BYE to you moron. Btw, did you see my avatar, your soooooooo brillant!!
Honestly, I appreciate every single video of you. You put so much work in every single clip, it's just amazing. Please keep up your awesome work 👆 Greetings from Germany
I will never forget how I once found 4 BMW 2002 close to my parent's home in a small village in the south-west of france. turned out the guy had a whole building full of cars and bikes.. one of his 2002 was a ti with exactly the same orange as the one in the video. I fell in love with it instantly! sometimes this world surprises you!
2:15- NSU TT Prinz! I still remember sound of that car since my childhood, back in 1960's and 1970's. Back then every car had characteristic look and sound, and you could recognize every car from far away.
My late uncle had the 2002 Touring in this colour. I was inspired to buy the 2002Tii by this. After owning the 2002Tii for some years I sold it and since then I have never been concerned about what I drive (I currently drive a fun Ford Ka). I knew when I sold the BMW that I would never own a more responsive, perfectly balanced, perfectly powered motor car again unless I bought another BMW 2002Tii.
We are so far apart from each other in so many ways (not just geography), but, really, our tastes in cars align very, very closely. I could be very happy with his collection.
Ive only ever seen one bmw 2002 in person in drivable condition and it was one in this orange and it was the cleanest most well taken care of specimen. it was a coupe though and it was even for sale and it breaks my heart to this day i didnt have enough for it cause i wouldve scooped it up instantly
The BMW 2002 is always a car that is owned by a person with great stories. I met a man at the ''Hans-Peter Posrche traumwerk museum'' and he was the original owner of a BMW 2002 tii. He said he even got married in that car. ..either way, great video!
I bought one in 2007, '74 2002 Automatic, broke down on the way home. Turned out the crankshaft blew out of the block, left a big hole in it. Furthermore, I haven't got any great story other than it was the shortest romance of my life.
I love the Scirocco on the background!!! There is an old guy near my house who sells used BMW parts and he has a 2002 touring that he daily drives!! same color but his is a little faded and of course is not in such a good condition like this one, I see him almost every day at the same stop light when I'm driving to work.
Mes félicitations au propiétaire de la voiture, elle est vraiment jolie ! Au meme temps, je veux ajouter que +Petrolicious est un source d'information incroyable pour les fans des voitures d'époque MERCI BIEN!
Another breathtaking video as we are all getting used to from Petrolicious! 👍🏻 That Atmosphere created by the colours of the filming, the garages and the surroundings in the videos..... That's not what we got here in the Netherlands; I do have an interesting car (in my opinion) but not those lovely countrysides..... Keep up the good work!!!
From the thumbnail I almost thought this was going to be about a SAAB. NOPE JUST ANOTHER BMW VIDEO. AGAIN. (it was good, but I swear if I see one more 2002 video from you guys I'm going to go mental)
It's build in 2002, you can tell by the typical 21st century design elements like 12" wheels, chrome wheel caps, chrome bumpers and lack of headrests and airbags. 1972 is the amount of horse power it makes, but I get your confusion.
20 for the two liter engine. 02 for the 2 door neue-class model. Thus 2002. There were also 1600 and 1800 models of the same car with 2 doors. There is a model 2000, which has 4 doors.
This is what makes Petrolicious so great, bringing a car here that some have never seen before...like myself for instance!
its one of the most underrated BWM out there ....thats why and u just dont see many anymore - the metal used to get easily rusted within humidity climate .
+Jean Bluehopi Well I am getting one of those! I like reliable cars, cuz I travel a lot
Jirapat Thaenphromrat good luck on that one - there must not be easy to find ou there .
just go Kaboo somewhere else dude - u stink .
Kabobo detto Pico ....we got the coupes here only, sorry I'm not as worldly as you. That said, your Africans comments...well, BYE BYE to you moron. Btw, did you see my avatar, your soooooooo brillant!!
Love his collection. All down to earth cars, yet all remarkable ones.

Gilles and I don't speak the same language, but the passion and love for cars is spoken in every language. Great video, Petrolicious.
Merci Petrolicious pour cette video. :)
Cette peinture orange est tellement magnifique sur la 2002, superbe touring ! ;)

Wow. Great episode. So good to see emphasis on a GLOBAL enthusiast culture. 2002 in its purist form right here. Fantastic.
Honestly thank you guys! So much love! Hope you'll tune in for our feature with Randy and his m5 you featured one day!
I'd love to see a Petrolicious film letterboxed and shot with anamorphics!!! That would be something to behold.
This just made me smile all the way through. :)
More 2002's please!!! I love the 2002 segments you guys roll out with :D
I love the Scirocco on the background!!! Lovely looking BMW. I've seen the 2002 Touring, but never in person.
I love this car. I can't wait to get my own and work on it. :)

Paul Walker owned a rare BMW 2002 tii Touring Alpina
This guy has a similar taste in cars as myself. When i saw the scirocco I instantly thought that. I never should have sold my scirocco/
I wonder why we didn't get that body style in the US. Nice looking car.
Don't they have 2002's in the US?
I swore I've seen a couple around. They're rare though.
Yes, but not the fastback body type, only the sedan.
Nice video. Color would be off on most cars looks great here.
太美了,這台車
do one on a zenki s14!
From the thumbnail I almost thought this was going to be about a SAAB.
NOPE JUST ANOTHER BMW VIDEO. AGAIN.
(it was good, but I swear if I see one more 2002 video from you guys I'm going to go mental)
Would you rather have a video of John Voight's 1984 Chrysler LeBaron?
French Pablo Escobar has good taste in cars.
Can't help but think maybe one of his other 11 cars would be more interesting than this one.
Aaron Li Perhaps, but it's the one that gets driven.
I had a 76 Plymouth (Mitsubishi) Arrow and I hated that it was this color of orange but I didn't have much of a choice. It was a good car though.
Have you ever considered shooting a video with some motorcycles? Cafe Racers, street trackers, etc?
They have plenty of vids with bikes
William Gson Thanks! I didn't even see that until now.
not my car, but Always nice to see someones passion
How do you find these people?
They send an email to Petrolicious they want to be featured
Pourquoi dit-il bmv au lieu de bmw?
Cc doesn't work on Apple TV.
Beautiful car and wonderfully shot video! Like if you're crazy about BMW's!
This car looks like a 2002 front and a Datsun 1000 rear!
Jay Leno brought me here.
Please turn on CC for English. Jokes on you, je parle français.
it needs some subtitles
bruh 0:01
And to think they where just going to let that 2002 just rot in the barn how terrible 😭😭
This video is..a bit short..
I'm so confuse; are this a 1972 or a 2002?..... I missing somethings?
(sorry for bad engish)
the car is called a 2002 and it's made in 1972
It's build in 2002, you can tell by the typical 21st century design elements like 12" wheels, chrome wheel caps, chrome bumpers and lack of headrests and airbags. 1972 is the amount of horse power it makes, but I get your confusion.
Thank you for inform. I now knowledge truth about autocar.
20 for the two liter engine. 02 for the 2 door neue-class model. Thus 2002. There were also 1600 and 1800 models of the same car with 2 doors.
