We had the pleasure of Jason and Cliff Alston talking about their E24 BMW M6 & 635csi build! Jason's is a pristine M6 and Cliff has a pristine modified 635csi. They discuss the history of the cars, their story acquiring and building them and what makes these "sharks" so hot right now. The E24 are very much under appreciated in the greater collector market. They are a fantastic platform especially with the E28 underpinnings to modify and make unique.

in germany 3.5 m30 engines m30b35s are called "Eisenschwein" literally translated as ironpig, because the engine indestructible and has been used for 3 decades in different bmw modells.

I would install the euro bumpers front and rear on the 635 and add the V8 from the E92.

There is no elec lumbar support. Just saying.
M88 engine (for non USA) was a real race motor chilled down for a road car.

Never heard anyone complain about bbs on older bmws... what's your car look like ?

BBS is fine but not that big. Too much rim, not enough tire for my liking.
My car ? AC Schnitzer type 1 17in rims on a white M635.
