Thanks very much & thanks for watching. Sad times they can’t deliver to Ireland I guess that being composite couriers can be rough with these things. Pop on a ferry there is a shop in Manchester that has them 👍. Hope you manage to source one they are quality.
Thank, you for your reply, I’m 5’7 and about 70kgs would I be in the upper weight for this boat, I really like the look of it, I had a romany surf for many years, and really enjoyed the comfort that it afforded me, I was able to bring my knees up as in a white water and had the option to paddle with them straight, would the idun afford me this luxury??????
@@halfofeightskye Hi, you would be perfect in the paddler weight range that Norse recommend for the Idun. They recommend 40-80kg and you want to be upper middle of this really - 70kg is all good. 5ft 7 also wouldn’t be an issue. One of my friends paddled my Idun, he’s over the recommended weight and a little taller but still really enjoyed paddling it (even if he sunk it a little low 😜). You should be able to get yourself nice a locked in with bent knees - like in a whitewater kayak scenario but also have the leg freedom of movement to keep things nice and comfortable.
@@WaterWizardUK thank you , yeah that sounds great, I look forward to trying one out, Bonny looking boats, and by the looks of your video, fast as well!
Great video, really like the dual camera from the side and the boat.
Yeah trying some new stuff with the videos, although a chest harness rather than me holding the camera in my mouth while paddling haha
Thnx for the review! Very good
nice review.
would really like to buy one but Uk sellers won't deliver this to Ireland :-(

Why is there a ninja turtle in that kayak!!!!
All my gear is black and green by accident......
Are you going to review the Idun more later? I mean by the time you paddle your own? Greetings from Fryslân Holland.
Hi, yeah I’ll do a more detailed review over the winter now I have my own Norse Idun - which I do love to paddle.
How did you like this Idun kayak?
Hi, I love this kayak. I have had mine a month or so now and it’s so great to paddle. I’m so glad I got one.
What sprayyskirt do you use?
Thanks
how tall you are and what is your weight?
Hi, out of interest what height and weight are you!
Hi, I’m 169cm and weigh 56ish Kgs

The only option I have is to travel to Manchester, to have a seat in one, but until, restrictions are lifted this is not possible.
