Sending Documents Via Email?! FCCPT vs. CGFNS

‪@JustUpright‬ In this video I discussed whether or not it is possible for schools/institutions to submit documents to Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy or FCCPT via email or should it still be via mail/courier? Also I discussed how to submit documents to Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS).

Can the documents be uploaded online on FCCPT's website, which has to be sent by candidate/applicant even if the applicant has completed his/her education from India?
