Today we are learning how to contact cgfns. Cgfns has 2 main ways of reaching out to them. That’s contacting them directly through their contact line and through an applicant account.

Thanks for the video.. please I tried paying for CGFNS service with my debit card in Nigeria but it’s not going through. I think they only gave option for credit card and that’s not available in my country. What do i do?.
Contact your bank coz sometimes the bank may restrict international transactions on your account to protect your account from fraudsters

thank you for this guide! in your experience how many days or weeks does it take for cgfns to reply when you send them a message? particularly a recent estimation/about 2022 bec on their site they say their emails are experiencing longer wait times. thank you so much!
If it’s just a message it won’t be more than 2 weeks they should reply. If you see it taking so long please call them
Thank you for the information. May I ask if how long it will take for the cgfns to process my credentials? (State of Texas) I already mailed them my complete credentials around 1 and half month ago but still there is no progress.
It took me several months, 5 to be specific, but my case had an issue that I didn’t realize sooner, but trust me it won’t take as long as mine took.

When you have paid for the cgfns. You will be able to download the forms they will have an address on top. Now remember the transcripts are sent directly from your school

@@ambikabanjara9572 Just be patient. click on that place saying ‘waiting for documents ‘ and click on ces then it will take you to a place you can download and print the forms

Hello Ms. I've been trying to complete my profile but unfortunately every time I tried to send submit I get this message More than one row returned for query. Even if everything was filled-in. I really have no idea what's going on.

The calls are not free. You can email them if calling is expensive for you. Email them through the portal. On your dashboard click contact us and follow the prompts
Just buy an international plan/bundle on your sim. I use Lyca mobile, I bought a bundle of 500mins for around £10
@@fabiyibolaji2562 are u sure ? I heard that sometimes you have to await they answer to your call. Do you think it is a good idea to apply with a lyca sim card then?
@@rd467 I called them on Monday and Tuesday this week, each call lasted about 40-50mins. You don't have to apply, since u r already in d UK, you can call them on a normal call

Hi..I created cgfns account with the help of agency.The agency was not good so I withdrawed my application. Theuly changed cgfns account and password and asking for high amount of money to release it..if I complains to cgfns any help I will get..I am really in a bad situation

Just make sure it is the right of dimensions for photo coz cgfns has a specific photo size and specification to be uploaded

My question is unrelated but I did not get a form for license validation I only got form on transcript and secondary school. Is that the right thing?
Yes I believe your board of nursing in your country has a form that you fill and you will pay for it and they will send him

my university had sent all verification documents to CGFNS, but a whole month is passed still there is a status of waiting for documents, can you tell me how long it will take to update the status as received by CGFNS?
That really depends on cgfns but you can call them too to follow up

Don’t make another account
Just go to contact us on your cgfns account dashboard. Write to them about the correction, and wait for them to correct or give you a way forward. Remember don’t write to them severally, just once and wait for their response
Or you can just call them too and tell them about the issue
I got a mail that cgfns corrected my name 1 month ago
But my name has not been corrected

When call please be patient . They can even take on hour to pick your call

Please call cgfns or email them through the portal on the dashboard where it says contact us and follow the prompts. Once you have made an entry it’s only cgfns that can delete

If I took Cgfns exam years ago still they have the Cgfns id no on file
What do you do if you give a wrong security answer and they block your account
You have the forget password or the forget button somewhere please click on that and reset. If it doesn’t work you can call cgfns and they will definitely help
Do we need to send originals for CGFNS?
I mean original education and experience certificates? DO I need to send them to CGFNS?
Hi, I tried calling them but I was not able to wait for the period till they pick my call. After dialing, I press "1" and then the response is "All lines are busy" and the call drops.. Is there a way to actually wait on the call queue? Thank you.

How to delete my duplication in General Education information
You can’t delete by yourself, you should call cgfns or write to them with the specifics of what you need deleted
