Almost one year ago Varun from TH-cam channel Mountain Trekker had mentioned this point of 500 processing free while withdrawing money from that particular bank/ATM. Varun was mentioning in his video that 500 processing fee was mentioned while withdrawing so he skipped that ATM and did the withdrawal from another ATM.

Bhai, in my opinion, two things helped you escape being deported at the airport: first, your status as vlogger and second, your height. The fact you are way taller than most Indians must have impressed the Serbs who are very tall on average.
I have two dose vaccination certificates. Beyond that is it necessary to do the RT PCR test. I am staying in Europe. But I am an Indian. So I have only Indian visa and I fill the foreign surveillance form. So excluding that is it any other documents required to travel serbian. What about internet. Is the Indian sim card working there?
If the person intentions are clear and going for only tourism provided with all required paperwork then no issue. Else most of them are trying to illegally enter to European countries. That’s why Serbian officials are deporting people back to their countries.

Good question... It's not that directly you will be deported but It may become bit difficult for you or even if you can answer some basic questions like "why you coming to Serbia" then I think it may work in your favor...

Vaccination is very much required but airline did only check RTPCR but it was checked at Serbian immigration...

I don't think kids are even getting vaccination at the moment...
So just yours RTPCR 48 hours report is still necessary with QR code...
