Eskom's CEO, Dan Marokane on Generation Recovery Plan

He says the first 100 days in office have been focused on assessing the effectiveness of the Generation Operational Recovery Plan, reviewing the progress on the unbundling of its units and engaging with stakeholders.

Is it true that people who have massively reduced how much electricity they use will be fined R500 per month unless they increase their electricity usage?
