I finally managed to get it, with 2 other players. It wasn't easy. We did a turtle build. Using blockades and weapons manufs. I almost got it alone with another turtle build.
Can't find it anywhere, but it says power pylon and destructive pylon don't stack, now does this mean when it's on the same tower such as boost aura, or doesn't stack no matter what tower it's on?
Before you read the message: LSA= lightning strike aura :) Its important to mention, that the defense you use the destructive pylon shard on, now misses the additional buff damage of the destructive pylon buff. So if you wanna put it for example on lsa but you also wanna kill bosses with this aura, then ur missing a lot of damage. So u always have to decide wheres the best spot on it for your type of use. So heavy hitting defenses like lsa or explosive traps for example arent really the perfect spot for it most of the times, because you defeat the purpose of the defense, or in general make their purpose of usage (high damage) worse. If you put it on a proton beam for example, you can now also use mass destruction on the lsa, which normally wouldnt stack with pylon (if you have it on the same relic) and also get the double boost from pylon and the boost aura. Also if you really wanna use destructive pylon on lsa or a explosive trap and still wanna get a bit more damage, then the shard vampyric empowerment does stack with destructive pylon. Destruction and Mass Destruction doesnt stack with pylon. (Vampyric also stacks with destruction and mass destruction. Also important to mention is that the power of vampyric increases with your ascension points. The more points you put into your towers defense health, the more damage increase you will see with vampyric on it )
True, but also extremely misleading to a new player. Using a 20 DU defense to fit Destructive Pylon in to your build while still gaining something else is always a great idea. If you are already using that 20 DU defense for it's damage potential, then that is not the 20 DU defense you would use Destructive on. If your build is mostly complete and you only have 20 DU left, you will gain far more by fitting it with Destructive and adding it in to buff the main damage dealers of your build. For example, giving up 38% damage on one LSA to gain 38% additional damage on 4 or 5 other things = easy clap that is easy to fit in everywhere. It isn't always about floor 950 metas for a newer player. But...none of this is relative to this video, this video is about not putting Destructive Pylon on your boost aura, where it is most commonly used from a new player.
Yeah the 20 du option is really good if you would have the access to it in early expedition range. So theres one thing i dont get. You said for new players its misleading but you normally get pylon from prime 1, which isnt that early in the game and yeah not that high either, but i wouldnt call a prime 1 player a new player. (Or you of course also can complete a lot of mastery maps, where you also should know how to build a lane). In your last player friendly climb build the proton is necessary for the petrify, so is always built into the lane for it to work. You will then eventually always end up with pylon in proton anyways. I think people who are at the point of obtaining pylon from prime 1, already have an ev2 so they can copy your build, where pylon in lsa is a bad decision. Your argument with the du then doesnt matter, because the proton is like i said earlier, always there cause its required:) I know you will now answer, that they dont have to copy your (Random perssons) build, but thats exactly what everyone does. Its no secret that the reflect of ev2 is broken and the build you showed works fine. So why shouldnt they copy it:D You said its not about the floor 900+ meta but your last build is exactly that. I mean you said it is for the people who want to push into the hundreds and as you said so often ( is 100 % fool proof for all players). So why should they use something else if it works on low and high onslaught. If you would get pylon in like expedition range to get up to chaos 7, then it makes sense to put it on a 20 du defense, but not with the opportunities you have when youre already prime 1 level.

Oh no, it is just as effective as it has been. You just can't create that relic any more. I don't like using things a new player can't strive to get is the only reason you never see me using it.

Is this outdated? Just wondering because prime is in Chaos 8 and the spiders are cucklords when it comes to disabling the auras. Unless the spider is just not present. I’m on ps4 and unless there is a separate tab for prime in incursions “prime” is now just chaos 8 and 9 incursions

which mastery you get it? i already have 155 mastery points and still no destructive pylon and i dont want to go up to 210 mastery points if i didnt get it...
Well I mean you will want to clear them all. But you get your first Destructive pylon from 575 stars then the second from clearing all of Prime 1 incursions.
with proton beams it can be difficult to know where the buff is emanating from. Juice scratched that topic in his one-amp titan video, maybe it can help you a little
@@chiaomei5352 The pylon on proton scales from the "First" "middle" node. So for example if you put 2 nodes, the pylon then scales from the first node. (On 2 nodes always the first one placed) If you put 3 nodes, the second node would be your "first middle node" where the pylon scales from. If you put 4 nodes then there are 2 possibilities where it scales from. Either the second or third node would then be middle nodes. It then scales from the "First" middle node so in this example the second node. So its important in which order you place the nodes if you wanna scale from a certain spot :)

Doesn't stack no matter what it is on. Basically once you get Destructive Pylon, Power Pylon goes in the bin.

1st rule of Chaos 8, Use towers :) It directly counters the spiders effect as it won't be near them when it dies.

Both work great, I personally go with more range and boosted grasp.
