I still remember him being interviewed by Clive Anderson in the 1990's & Dave Allen was pushing his luck by swearing quite badly & Clive Anderson was getting very embarrassed & flustered by it! The late, the great, Dave Allen. For me I could give him no higher accolade than to rate him equally with the kings of comedy, LAURAL AND HARDY. Although it is a different type of comedy Dave Allen performed, it was no less hysterically funny. I miss him to this day.

I loved the sketches featuring monks. One of them at breakfast, started with a monk looking at another who seemed to have a little more food than him and an argument began. It ended with a food fight involving everyone of them.

@@Ystadcop If you believe that then you don't much about anything. Ireland voted to leave the EU and were forced to vote again through the Lisbon treaty. The EU is a horrendous organisation. If it were a private company, it would have been dissolved in the 90's. They haven't been audited in 22 years. Something that every person, company or organisation has to do yearly by law. Plus the EU has a been a disaster in monetary terms and also with open borders to 2 mill economic migrants (mainly 20-40 year old men from Africa and the middle east). Plus they over regulate and have an unelected commission that cannot be removed and that can make laws with no objection that is valid in terms of a country refusing the law. The EU is going to die and its about bloody time. I could go on, but really, you should be looking into this yourself. Look up how Greece is getting on thanks to the EU. You can't have 28 countries all fitting into one economic structure and expect it to work. It's impossible and time ha proven it. Thatcher even predicted this in the 1980's. Turns out she was completely right and we should have listened to her. Thank god the UK didn't join the euro.

Did you know though, that when Noah and his family collected the animals, neither man nor beast ate flesh, and the animals had no fear of man, so it was done quite easily!
As if animals would know either way what the dietary preferences of this man they're encountering were. That's exactly the sort of logic or lack thereof that makes religion so absurd to people.

I think Facebook is a bit lobsided. I saw a child's picture today and his face was normal size but his skull was massive and everyone was saying that he was gorgeous when clearly he wasn't. His head was too big for his face. but I couldn't comment because you have to be friends to do that and i didn't want to to be friends with a kid with a disproportionately big head, so I couldn't comment.
