Great reaction ladies, can’t wait for the next episode. Never been a huge Loki fan (until Ragnarok) but this episode did the really great job breaking down 2012 Loki and catching him up to where the character is by Infinity War.
Every time I watch him seeing his mom die, he see Odin die and then sees Thor devastated when Loki dies? IT WRECKS ME. Tom’s acting was off the charts there.
The answer was in the beginning... it's all multiverse. So various versions of everyone, including The Avengers, exist. So it is Loki, but another version of him. The versions of him are different in every "world", but they retain some of the same characteristics. Now the only people who are different are Nexus beings, aka Wanda. She is the same in every world she inhabits. She will be the Scarlet Witch regardless of where she is. It's mind bending twisty fun!!
Perfectly worded! And that’s why Multiverse of Madness will be such a big deal, because Wanda is a Nexus Being creating a Nexus event so she’s about to throw everything out of wack. Excited for Phase 4!
@@oklahomie95, she about to jack everything up!! Mordo gonna be pissed off with Wanda. Dr. Strange gonna have to fix everything. America Chavez gonna be kicking portals every where. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!
So what does it mean when Wanda time travels? Does she see another version of herself? If she is a Nexus being, there can only be one of her so we should never see 2 Wanda's right?
@@WhatWeWatchin, Wanda didn't time travel. Agnes accessed her memories and she was walking through them. It's like the Pensieve from Harry Potter, which is used to look at memories. When she "saw herself" in the mind stone it was a premonition of what she was to become. So still only 1 Wanda. If she jumps to a different dimension to look for her kids and messes something up there it stays messed up even after she leaves. She could wreck a ton of other worlds looking for her boys & few people could stop her. That's a Nexus event messing up the multiverse.
@@WhatWeWatchin, now if she actually did time travel and "met" herself it could be mass chaos. IF 2 Wanda's went ham then there are entities that could handle it, but since they haven't been introduced into the MCU I won't go into it. But there are higher forces who could put a stop to it.
I think the Loki they are chasing is Lady Loki. Loki is gender fluid in the comics and on his dossier that Owen Wilson’s character has Fluid as his gender. That’s my guess. This main Loki is Variant LL1130 meaning he is not the only variant. Variants are different versions of Loki not Loki at different points in time. So they can exist at the same “time”.

Time is like a tree, the sacred timeline is the trunk and the alternate timelines are the branches, New York and Mongolia where the same branch set in 2012 which was pruned by that bomb thing and this variant of Loki is the only thing left of that timeline that's why he said he can not go back because there is no longer a branch to go back to, although technically he could go back to the trunk timeline because if you remember Gamora did exactly that she was from a 2014 branch that also no longer exists, Cap clipped that branch by putting the power stone back there but the Gamora from that time still exists on the main trunk does that make sense?. also Grand Master and The Collector are Elders of the Universe.
@@dragonweyr44 yes but they properly went to the main timeline, without being “extra” like Loki.confusing but makes sense they didn’t commit a TVA offence.
"He Who Remains" is a being who survived the multiverse wars and lives outside of it. He created the Time Keepers to keep the new timeline in check, they then created the TVA for that. When Mobius was talking to Loki, I got “high school principal talking to a troublemaking student” vibes at first.... it was almost touching how Mobius tried to reach him, and Loki had the connotations of a kid covering up their trauma with bravado and snark. His revolution in the end felt earned.

If the TVA wanted the avengers to go back in time, but didn't want Loki to pick up the Tesseract... does that mean the TVA also didn't want Hulk to use the stairs?... loki only got the tesseract because Hulk knocked Tony over when he opened the door... so was that not supposed to happen? Or was it ant man's delay in giving Stark a heart attack that caused Stark to be at the door when Hulk busted it open, thereby altering the flow of events, allowing loki to pick up the tesseract.
My point is... if everything the Avengers did was meant to happen, and what Loki did wasn't meant to happen, then at some point during the time heist, things didn't go as the TVA expected otherwise Loki would never have gotten the Tesseract... so did the TVA not know Hulk was going to come out of the door at that moment knocking Tony over allowing Loki to grab the Tesseract and escape? Or was that part supposed to happen and for some reason the TVA thought Loki was just supposed to just stare at it before someone else grabbed it.... time travel stories are messy.
@Hockeygod98 seems to me a place like the TVA would know you were gonna be late for work therefore you wouldn't be a variant... variants should only be created when space or time is messed with, since the TVA oversees all space and time within the sacred timeline.
@@juliant and that is why he's the variant. Because he screwed up what was supposed to happen. What fixed things is the Avengers doing the TVA's job by putting the stones back even in the new scenario. The thing is that they get the new timeline when it happens so they'll know the outcome. Knowing Loki's new outcome shows that he'll keep screwing up the timeline.
Everytime they stop a "variant" and fix the timeline they create a copy of whoever messed it up unless they make him go away. So it can be many variants of Loki and none of them are the same.
Your take is more likely, but i love that she brought attention to it possibly being the same loki but one who's been travelling thru time since awhile back. As I know it, that's the case with Kang the Conqueror and his many aspects. Kang has just been travelling through time for "so long" that he's met his same exact self multiple times throughout time lol. And guess who might have a chance of showing up in the show? Kang
Yeah my thing was just in general. IF they reset a timeline the variant gets dealt with and the timeline they reset gets a Loki that continues living the path they deem is the correct one.
These are Variants of Loki this is introducing the Multiverse to Marvel. Different timelines and Universes of characters example Spiderverse and Infinite Crisis in DC.
When Loki is asked if he is a robot, the man is referring to Doombots, who are created by Dr. Victor Von Doom, a member of Masters of evil and The Cabal. They are usually as to communicate long distance, subterfuge to evade capture, confuse opponents in battle and overpower them with sheer numbers since Doom tends to power all robots with all the equipments any of his new suits have. Ironically, the Doombots are programmed to have the same brain patterns, thought process and consciousness of Dr. Doom thinking they are him and that creates problems. One was friends with Vision in the comics and joined the Avengers at one point.
You ladies just made my brain hurt. lol. I had the same questions , and now I'm more confused than when I started watching. I love this channel. You're all awesome and I'm happy to watch your reactions every week. Ya'll sistas rock!!
You're right on point, alot of the gaps will be filled in as the show goes on I'm sure but I'm gonna call it now. This version of Loki is Lady Loki!! I will try to breakdown the timeline and multiverse thing as best as I comprehend it. It seems the sacred time line has different timeline variations within. So you can be a school teacher in one, a president in another, a murder in another, a regular ok life in another etc... Each timeline you have your role to play, and any devation of that path for that specific timeline gets dealt with. As to keep the balance and not throw the timeline into crazy loop and have the timelines fighting for dominace. So things must be kept in order. Everytimeline may have Avengers, with different members, every time line has their own stones, own Thanos, own celestial etc... The one's yall were looking for as far as hierarchy is The Living Tribunal & The One Above All. Look those ones up. Hope that clears things up, looking forward to these next few weeks with y'all and Loki!
It'll be very interesting to see if that Time Keeper behind Judge Renslayer is actually Kang the Conqueror...can't wait to watch another series with y'all! Also........hi Alisha 😁

But it's going to be a weird, timey, wimey adventure so I'm ready to go down the rabbit hole with you ladies! Looking to next week's episode with you ladies!😀🎥🎬🎞📺
"OTHER VARIANTS!" I kept shouting at the screen. Mobius needs Loki to hunt down other versions of himself that have not reformed or escaped. HE is not, strictly speaking, the Loki that died on the main timeline. And the other stones are ones that were created on variant timelines that have been, to use TVA parlance, 'pruned'. We don't even know how many times they killed Thanos! Here's an easter egg for you: when Loki first appears after stealing the time twister remote, a portal opens nearby, and a Minuteman takes out someone who looks remarkably like... Peggy Carter. I'll leave that with you. Cheers!
The Collector and the Grand Master are not Eternals or Celestials. They are Elders of the Universe. The last surviving members of ancient races. The Celestials created the Eternals and their counterparts the Deviants.
@@Gray-tile "Kate Herron says it was "important" to make that canon. Loki's status as a genderfluid icon is now officially canon in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. ... "He's gender fluid in the Norse mythology and the comics and it felt like an important thing to, as you say, make sure it's canon." (Taken from the EW.com article, June 10th 2021). A simple Google search.
The explanation for the Infinity Stones I read is because magic doesn't work in the TVA as we know but infinity stones only work in their native timeline/universes and some of those timelines have been erased which is reason for the numerous stones being taken. Also Loki hunting this variant is a different Loki (possibly Lady Loki as she is confirmed to be in the show). Remember there are other universes. Also Loki is said to tie into "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness".
The Collector and the Game Master are Elders of the Universe, there should be others. That "reset" from Mongolia should erase the entire timeline (including NY), so the other Loki has to have another explanation. And I absolutely love you guys reactions, thanks for sharing.
how I see it is multiverse is different versions of the same place (ie, theres 20 different new yorks), and timeline is specific to the world you're in. So Loki didn't jump to another universe, he escaped from what was suppose to happen in all the movies we've already seen. But now with the TVA he will be doing both jumping to worlds and time traveling
I’m late today. Hundreds of comments already. Most adorable reaction was Alyssa folding her arms and pouting trying to figure out how the Variant they’re hunting is Loki 😆. Loki can be the variant because Loki may have discovered this a long time ago and now they need him to catch him but to explain it, man that would be a sit down convo. Just remember that Loki found another way into Asgard that not even Heimdall knew! The Celestials created the Eternals but also responsible for the Multiverse creation. Then there’s The Living Tribunal and The One Above All….a lot! Amber- the hair 👍🏾.
@@WhatWeWatchin yeah a lot of people forget that he did that. Also, the Collector and the Grandmaster aren’t Celestials. The Celestials created them. They are Elders. Now Alyssa you can fold your arms again in confusion 😉.
The stack of papers probably only represents his lines from the movies. So they are slightly breaking the fourth wall without breaking it by using his on screen time. That's probably why the stack isn't up to the ceiling since this was supposed to take place before Thor 2 and 3 and took place before Infinity War.
Well according to this episode, and what the TVA says, there is no current multiverse. There WAS a multiverse but the different timelines kept overlapping and battled for dominance so the Time Keepers came in and merged the multiverse into the Sacred Timeline. So the TVA agents can time travel to anytime within the sacred timeline and Loki (in the very beginning of this episode) only traveled to a diff country (not another universe or timeline). But since that wasn’t supposed to happen, him doing that created a new timeline (which the TVA destroyed when they arrested him) but he’s also missing from the timeline that we’ve seen throughout all MCU movies.
ooooohhhh right, different country not timeline. so the "Mongolia timeline" was reset. But since he is missing in his timeline, that still creates a new timeline though, right? hmm. One Sacred Timeline, no multi-verse, but Loki missing creates a new timeline, but we know there will be a mutli-verse with Dr. Strange and maybe Spider-man. This is too much. lol.
@@WhatWeWatchin man idk, I think as the show goes on they’ll address the fact that Loki being with the TVA essentially creates a new timeline but by the end of this series I’m guessing the sacred timeline is gonna blow up, the multiverse will be created, and Dr Strange is probably going to pick up from there. Kevin Feige recently did an interview abt the Loki series and did say this show would have the most far reaching ramifications (multiverse and Kang the Conqueror I’m looking at you 👀) so we’ll have to see.
Loki being brought in by the TVA and his realization that the control of time was the biggest power in the Universe, maybe a version of himself learned this and then escaped into the timeline. He's collecting those "timeline bombs" to perhaps have an effect on the Sacred Timeline, working towards controlling time or obliterating it. But now we've looped back and a new Loki will be used to hunt the jaded Loki through time...almost like Time Cop meets Quantum Leap lol

This series is amazing, just as WandaVision that hooked me into the MCU. But I'm still new so lots gets past me, haha. Mmmmmmm get ready for Female Loki 💘 !
There is a glitch in the beginning of the show. The tesseract is the space stone, not the time stone. The time stone is with the ancient one, the predecessor of Dr. Strange. So the TVA is not telling the entire truth. He didn't violate time by using the tesseract since it affects where you are not when you are.
He would affect the time stream by not being in an Asgardian jail, everything changes. It's not just traveling in time, it's changing what they think should be
This show will most likely be the jump off for the next HUGE universe. Fantastic Four, the new X-Men, the Celestials and Eternals. Let's hope people are ready for this. The Infinity Stone saga was just that, about humanity persevering with the stones. Now we're talking about Time Keepers and the Sacred Timeline, which is WAY more impactful since the TVA is trynna keep a Multiverse war from happening.
3 different Lokis. One that was supposed to die by Thanos and 2 variants that cheated and jumped out of the main timeline. One is the main character interacting with Owen Wilson/Morbius, and a 2nd that is just raising hell all over the timeline.
And I'm not sure yet, but... the Eternals fall under the Celestials and the TVA is completely separate. I suspect they have their own area to rule and prolly even know about each other. TVA controls the primary timeline (they mentioned that they converged them all into one, so the Multiverse of Madness may be them DIverging again). Meanwhile, the Celestials oversee reality. Kinda like reality stone and time stone, separate but working in conjunction with each other.
The charge resets the timeline for that part of the multiverse. It effectively wipes out the entire line. Like the batons they carry. So anything after the split - in this case Loki picking up the Tesseract - gets erased. Returning things to the original line, where Loki goes to Asgardian jail.
@@WhatWeWatchin yup. Basically the charges undo the branch, which puts everything right. Otherwise removing him from the line, even for a trial, instead of putting him back would cause a paradox. Which is exactly what they are trying to avoid by removing him.
@@WhatWeWatchin but things always get a bit iffy with traveling in a single time line. That’s why Doctor Who covers his/her/their bases with the Dimensions part of the Tardis’ name. Gives you an easy out. “That wasn’t the same dimension’s timeline” is a great get out of paradox free card.
The infinity stones are rendered useless in the Time Variance Authority. The reason there's multiple versions of the same types is because they're from different universes.
You have to keep the multiveres in mind and that the TVA was created at the very end of all time and what has happened or going to happen concerning Loki (and everybody else) has already happened. The TVA exist in a "pocket" universe and not affected by any of the others. The Infinite Stones only work in whatever universe they come from..like in the comics. It all comes down to the multiverse.
The TVA exists in its own pocket of space and time so infinity stones are nothing more than paper weights. For example Thanos’s snap had no effect on the TVA.

It's old man Loki and he gives our Loki information on the multi verse of madness and possibly Galactus maybe?!?! 3.....Mephisto😂😂😂can't wait till the end. Thank you ladies for the review💯
He did such a great job! The gasp and look on his face when he sees his own death. Whew - Alyssa
I'm loving the discussions and questions after the reaction! 😂 keep em coming y'all! ❤❤
Thank you!!
It’s the power of marvel for me!!! Thank you ladies for another great reaction!!! Live for y’all’s content!
That's what I was thinking also, which would be amazing to pull off
I'm so glad you're reacting to this!! Your reaction is the best one I've seen so far. 😄
Ok. Now all is right in the world. I don't even feel like I've watched a marvel show till I see yall reaction.
Alisha that smile girl i love it
For someone who's been around over a thousand years, those papers should be a lot more.
Definitely your best video I seen 🔥🔥🔥🚨 love your fresh point of views, you all have great styles and of course your chemistry is always a good look. The Power of 3 👀👌🏾🔥 Your stock keeps rising! 📈
The reaction and the look on y'all faces at certain scenes and y'all trying to piece it together was amazing and fun my queens.
🤣🤣🤣 thanks
Glad to see you ladies are back at it with another Marvel show… not even gonna lie I missed you girls. Great reaction though can’t wait for the rest of the season trying solve this mystery with you
Loved this reaction! Had to rewind a few times cause all three of yall are distractingly beautiful but no complaints lol
For the Infinity Stones, you are correct. They cannot work unless they are in their proper universe/timeline.
Celestials made the Eternals and the Deviants. Grandmaster and Collector are Elders which are neither. Thanos is an Eternal with a Deviant strain.
PAPER WEIGHTS!!!! THIS WHAT IRONMAN DIED FOR?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2014 Gamora is a variant and so is old Captain America both from Endgame is also a variant
@@dragonweyr44 yes but they properly went to the main timeline, without being “extra” like Loki.confusing but makes sense they didn’t commit a TVA offence.
@@TheBaBaTV But there was two Nebulas in 2023 at the time
"He Who Remains" is a being who survived the multiverse wars and lives outside of it. He created the Time Keepers to keep the new timeline in check, they then created the TVA for that. The Celestials are just an ancient evolved race within this timeline & universe that created
The Eternals, Deviants and Mutant X-gene(humans were already on earth)
When Mobius was talking to Loki, I got “high school principal talking to a troublemaking student” vibes at first.... it was almost touching how Mobius tried to reach him, and Loki had the connotations of a kid covering up their trauma with bravado and snark. His revolution in the end felt earned.
so i was bouncing around, just watching Loki reactions when ya'll popped up in the in the recommendations.
out of all the videos i watched, you were the only channel to connect "Nexus point" to Wanda.
i hit the Like button, the Subscribe button, and the Notification button.
:)
Glad y'all are watching this. I first came across you lovely ladies right near the end of Snowfall, and you guys are still watching stuff like Invincible which I've already finished. So, if I'm not mistaken this is the first show I'll be able to watch week to week with y'all. Looking forward to the ride. OAN, shout out to them throwing a DB Cooper reference in there. He's the guy Loki was playing that robbed the plane. There's a doc on him on HBO Max. It's pretty interesting.
Adore watching you - you deserve all the subs!
Excellent as usual ladies. Thank you
Thank you!!
It might be because the Avengers put them back and he just ran with it. They saw his entire life after he escaped.
Love the channel, keep the reactions coming…
Nice reaction 🙂🙂👍🏽 I love the good vibes you ladies give off
Thank you!
Everytime they stop a "variant" and fix the timeline they create a copy of whoever messed it up unless they make him go away. So it can be many variants of Loki and none of them are the same.
Ohhh. A copy is made.... hmmm.
Im excited for Kang!
Thank you!!
Love your channel and reviews, ladies!
Thank you so much!
That was one of my first thoughts too- that stack of paper is WAAAAAY too short!
I am loki and I am burdened with glorious purpose
The judge is Kane the Conqueror's girlfriend.
It’s Kang the conqueror but yes spot on that one
In the comics. Not yet confirmed if it's the same in MCU. Don't mislead people 😂
Wow this was great I just subscribed keep up the videos 👍💯
That slow motion pimp slap Loki got had me rollin 😂
😂😂😂. Loki stay taking beat downs!
Good afternoon! :D Those outfits are so pretty!
It'll be very interesting to see if that Time Keeper behind Judge Renslayer is actually Kang the Conqueror...can't wait to watch another series with y'all!
Also........hi Alisha 😁
THE ELDERS OF THE UNIVERSE!!!! (Y'all so fi-funny! Hilarious!)
@14:50 Lyssa caught a lil fit when she couldn't fully figure out wtf was going on 😂🤣 cute
TVA ( Time Variance Authority ) not to be confused with the real life TVA ( Tennessee Valley Authority ) LOL!
I love the theories ladies can't wait to see how it plays out. This was a great start to a show.
Hey ladies love your reaction to this AWESOME series! Great job once again, I think it's a Loki from another timeline that's killing the agents! But it's going to be a weird, timey, wimey adventure so I'm ready to go down the rabbit hole with you ladies! Looking to next week's episode with you ladies!😀🎥🎬🎞📺
I'm definitely in a rabbit hole. lol - Alyssa
@@WhatWeWatchin Yesssss! Let's go! Can't wait til next week!!
Yall are hilarious and beautiful great reaction ❤
Thank you!
"Join us in the confusion" should be the tag line for this show! 😂
Cheers!
As always great reaction ladies
Thank you!
The Collector and the Grand Master are not Eternals or Celestials. They are Elders of the Universe. The last surviving members of ancient races. The Celestials created the Eternals and their counterparts the Deviants.
Thanks!
Love yall channel and yall reactions yes Marvel is back beautiful triple A"s
That realization and pout. I'm done. Lol
😂😂😂
The soundtrack was a joy to listen to
It's Lady Loki. That's why his paperwork said his gender is "fluid."
“Sex” not gender
@@Gray-tile "Kate Herron says it was "important" to make that canon. Loki's status as a genderfluid icon is now officially canon in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. ... "He's gender fluid in the Norse mythology and the comics and it felt like an important thing to, as you say, make sure it's canon." (Taken from the EW.com article, June 10th 2021). A simple Google search.
First time watching your channel, and loving it.
Listening to you lovely ladies talking, reminds me of a few Sisters I know 🙂🙂.
Thank you!!!
how I see it is multiverse is different versions of the same place (ie, theres 20 different new yorks), and timeline is specific to the world you're in.
🤣🤣🤣 oh I forgot about the secret passage to Asgard!! That just got me excited! - Alyssa
You know what? I actually saw that some Frost Giants do stem from a magic wielding clan. And some Frost Giants can shape shift.
Wow I'm in. First time visitor to your' channel and very much enjoyed your reactions and insights. Not only that but you are all three smart, beautiful and nice to be in the presence of. This series is amazing, just as WandaVision that hooked me into the MCU. But I'm still new so lots gets past me, haha.
Mmmmmmm get ready for Female Loki 💘 !
Y'all forgot about Peter Quills dad Ego is a celestial....
Right!!
It's not just traveling in time, it's changing what they think should be
@@MrNathansdad Good point, but isn't the violation caused primarily by him being where he shouldn't be rather than when he shouldn't be?
@@kennethst.bernard2710 Absolutely correct. Where does the show say it's the time stone? (Or, when does it say it 🤭🤭)
Yes! Very interesting first episode
That would make sense! Eternals is next so they may mention them in the coming episodes.
Damn shorty in the blue top 🔥 nice react vid too.
It's on your shirt..... I swear yall are the best
😂😂😂 Thanks!
Another great episode ladies
The charge resets the timeline for that part of the multiverse. It effectively wipes out the entire line. Like the batons they carry. So anything after the split - in this case Loki picking up the Tesseract - gets erased. Returning things to the original line, where Loki goes to Asgardian jail.
Wait, you're saying that even though we see Loki at the TVA, there is another Loki that went back to Asgard?
@@WhatWeWatchin yup. Basically the charges undo the branch, which puts everything right. Otherwise removing him from the line, even for a trial, instead of putting him back would cause a paradox. Which is exactly what they are trying to avoid by removing him.
@@WhatWeWatchin but things always get a bit iffy with traveling in a single time line. That’s why Doctor Who covers his/her/their bases with the Dimensions part of the Tardis’ name. Gives you an easy out. “That wasn’t the same dimension’s timeline” is a great get out of paradox free card.
Ok. So the TVA either keeps the variants in a TVA prison or kills them. They don't actually reset time with the same person.
Elders of the Universe. Grandmaster and Collector.
its good that i found this channel.... i like discusions of anything MARVEL and ?s.
New subscriber. I love the vibe🥰
Wow lol, I came to see the reaction to the new Loki episode but instead I'm enthralled by these 3 beauties. Dang it! Curse my male weekness!
The infinity stones are rendered useless in the Time Variance Authority. The reason there's multiple versions of the same types is because they're from different universes.
mmhmm, got it.
My 3 girls looking too pretty!! And oh yeah great reaction as always lol
