- Hi Guys :-) In this video I pot up my Aloe variegata plant after it had lost its roots and I will be treating this plant as a Cutting.

Hi sweet Lyn, plant the sunflowers 1" deep, in full sun. The Chicory, sow them everywhere, a little pinch is all it takes. They have an amazing germination rate. Flowers (deep blue) in the 2nd year. We LOVE your channel, keep up with the GROOVY plant videos. Peace and love, Keith in Arizona =)

Great use of the rock! I was surprised by how good the upper part of the plant still looks.

This Aloe variegata is a really beautiful Succulent plant Lyn! I really love it and the way it lie on that rock as if she is having a nap haha! Hope that by now it have recovered and doing well! Hope you Lyn and Hans will have an amazing afternoon! Lots of love!

This series of yours is so timely, as I have a similar situation with a rootless Aloe vera var. chinensis that I've had for over 15 years now. Thank-you sooo much for your advice; I'm sentimental about my plant, as well. :)

very lovely ancient plants you have! its amazing how much patience you have with them! whenever i have a plant that rots, no matter how long i leave it to callus, it always still rots when i repot it! by the way, what is the VERY OLDEST plant you own? my very oldest plants are a basketball sized golden barrel and a devils tongue cactus, which i have had for 4 years, but estimate them to be around 10 years old! anyways i really love your videos which inspired me to love plants! HAPPY GROWING!!
Thanks a million for your fantastic comment and I am so happy to hear that you love my videos :-) so sorry to hear that you have a cactus that keeps rotting, it could be down to a number off things like the water being too high in Ph or the soil but I have also had plants in the past that have kept rotting no matter what I do haha :-))) the first cacti I ever had was a Chamacereus silvestrii ;peanut cactus' that I still have to this day and I have had this plant for 33 years now :-) here is alink to a video I made last January in 2016 where I talk about and show the very first Cacti and Succulents that I ever had in my collection and I still have every one of them today :-) th-cam.com/video/Ud8M4-cSZ64/w-d-xo.html thanks amillion for watching and have a FANTASTIC Thursday today XXXX

Hi :) Thnks Lyn for update, hope your Aloe recover soon. If have many plants, one precisely suffering, in my case Pomegranate trees in pots have white pests, that fly if touch. I was forced to cut the leaves with branches, but I do not know if I got rid of them.

Hi Lyn, have you ever tried growing frangipani < plumeria> down there in Waterford.? I ask because you seem to have considerable success and skill with succulent plants generally. I'm in Carlow and was thinking to try some seeds ( indoors of course) if you thought might be viable. Enjoy your channel, you have great attitude and spirit. Keep up the good work!

Any idea what might have caused the initial rot?

Hello!!! so I have a cactus that had some pods go out and I have lots of extra seeds!! This cactus is from the desert here in the US. I have lots of babies growing though!
