The part on mindshift warmed my heart. I really needed to hear it. Felt a failure for so long especially looking at some of my friends.

Thank you, I was hoping that this kind of content would be useful. Don't forget to check out my new channel too (link in the description above), as I'm hoping to help others set up their online businesses and earn money (which may be very useful considering the current global financial crisis we are facing in the months to come)

Hi, thanks so much! I have been doing a lot of RA jobs as an undergraduate student but I'm really bumped by the whole academia research thing. I want a research job, but in the non-academic area, I just don't know the terms.

Very important. Maybe I would have avoided some frustrations if someone had told me that when I was a student.

I wish someone had told me that too :) First I was surprised how smoothly the PhD went (as everyone had said it would be extremely stressful etc, but then I was surprised how stressful the post-phd period was ...

I offer all kinds of support in my one to one tutorials, which sometimes does include students asking me about career options and advice, although I do not feel that I would be enough of an authority to really spend a whole hour talking just about this and get paid for it. Everyone's career path can be completely different and unique to this single individual, I would not want to affect it accidentally :)
